Room smells horrible.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. A little dated.

We would of liked to no that the restaurant was closed so we had to order food in or go out to get it.

Rooms were clean and decent, staff is always great, ive stayed here several times. Always enjoy

Room had no tv servies day stuff were rude and could help night staff weekend staff were great. She busted her butt looking after all of us with ZERO TRAINING didnt know were anything was we all as customer chipped in to help her. property was horrible might of been plowes but everything was a sheet o dangerous ice. No salt no sand couldnt walk anywhere driving was dangerous as well. Food was terrible even though it was part of the of our stay it still should of been respectful and eatable

In general, a nice quiet room. We liked it because it was on ground level and we could walk outside and park in front of our room which made it easy to load as there aren't elevators. The rooms are far from the main lobby, kind of a qeird floorbplan.

Its not a very nice hotel, except rhe entry area and breakfast areas. The rooms are so worn out, and the pool area was awful, the ceiling tiles are leaking, alot are gone, its so cold in there, doesnt make a very nice pool experience when u r freezing, you need to do major work in there. Our room housekeeper was lovely .

Staff at check in was friendly. Breakfast wasn’t bad. Room had direct access to outside for my dog which was great.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I've stayed in other Quality Inns, and they were nice and clean. This one reminded me of rent by the hour. First, our keys didn't work, went and told front desk who was snappy with me. Was given another card and it still didn't work. Went back again to tell front desk, who seemed irritated with me. He came himself and it wouldn't work for him. We ended up having to change rooms. Got to our room which reaked of cigarette smoke. The room itself was so outdated. The beds were low and uncomfortable. The bathroom sink wasn't draining when we brushed our teeth or washed our hands. Over all bad experience, and way over priced. The entire building is old looking and dirty. The ceilings in the pool area look like an abandoned building with a bunch of the tiles missing. The staff was not friendly, let alone professional. All of our clean clothes smell of cigarette smoke. Also, don't waste your time on the complimentary breakfast. I don't mind paying decent money for a good room. However, this place should not be charging what you'd normally pay at a nice, clean well known hotel.

Staff was fantastic. Room was clean. Beds are not terrible but not super comfortable. Pool was nice and warm. Walls are thin, clock alarm left on in vacant adjacent room woke us all up at 2am, food delivery transaction in hallway was loud at 1am. Nothing the hotel can do so I won’t complain. They did address the alarm clock promptly. We heard that. Haha.

Welcomed by staff immediately, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was free and space to eat. Close to highway and easy access to everything shopping, food and activities. Great location.

Good stay

There is no bathroom in Lobby. Private function in restaurant therefore no bathroom. Had to ask for breakfast - just cereal and coffee out. Water in cafe was warm not hot. Tea and porridge was not hot! Sausage was gross ( not fully cooked) Staff at night helpful We were treated like we were the problem that breakfast wasn’t out yet. Sighing etc
