Friendly staff, comfortable clean room, quiet place.

Very old, not updated. Hotel staff were not welcoming and rude. Stayed for three night for a tournament room was not cleaned once.

The hotel is worn out and dirty feeling. It needs a huge refresh

The room was in decent condition, but it did have a very strong odor to it (Like dirty socks or a hockey bag) The front desk staff were very pleasant, especially the gentleman that checked me in. Breakfast was very basic and could use some more appealing items. Overall it was a bit pricey for what we got, but I assume the price was higher as it was a weekend.

Room and hallways were dirty. Dust and cobwebs in the room. Bedding was gross and pillows were lumpy. Hotel is very run down with a lot of windows leaking and some even cracked. Slept with clothes on because we were so uncomfortable with the state of the hotel/room. Would not stay again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately will not be coming back.

Staff were Good. Hotel is rundown, could use repairs or upgrades.There is a strange unpleasant odor in the hallways and corridors. I was nervous walking into the room but it was clean & did not have the weird smell. Bed was very comfortable. Only complaint about room was that we were on the ground level at the back of the building & there was a creepy concrete staircase literally right outside our patio doors leading to underneath the building. It WAS convenient to be able to park the truck right outside the room though for loading purposes. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub, as the chlorine smell was sooo strong just walking through that area it made your eyes burn. Overall this hotel did the job of providing a comfortable bed to sleep in at a lower price which is what we needed since we were barely there other than to sleep.

Overall this property was decent. It is somewhat dated but the beds were very good and the area was very quiet despite being close to the highway.

We request two rooms next to each other and we had a stair well to basement between us . Made the fun weekend crazy !not impressed….

The heating was difficult to control in our room and it was always too hot or too cold.

My room smelt like cigarettes, when I told the lady at the desk all she said was oh really. I had a two year old with me it wasn’t not an ideal situation. The room also wasn’t very clean there was dirt on the floor by the door still

The Quality Inn & Conference Centre in Orillia is a decent stop over for a night, it is a bit confusing getting down to the location and better lighting in the parking lot is needed if your room is in the back. It is run down and in need of some renovations. They had 2 computers which Josh told us were older so would be a bit slow, but unfortunately, they did not work, it would load to Safari/Google, but once you typed "hotmail" it would not take you to the page. The breakfast was lack lustre. It was more of a grab and go type (continental). Coffee, tea, apple and orange juice, hard boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, toast, stale bagels and a waffle maker (thank goodness for that!)

All expectations for a property like were met. Nice front desk staff.

You only stay at this hotel if you have to. We entered our room to find a clean bed but a musty smell/colonge as if someone was just in the room. The night stand still have water stains from a glass or beer can, and hair dried into it. The phone is disconnected and placed in a closet. The hallway doors slam hard as kids come running in out of the swimming pool. Musty smell in the hallways, garbage around the property as you drive around to the terraced rooms. I'd drive towards the lakefront area and book at one of the places closer to the water which travellers tried to avoid before due to it being run down. But it's been revamped and there are better hotels around the lake.

Rooms were dirty and smell, prices were doubled for the weekend due to thanks giving, continental breakfast ran out of almost all food.

Parking was amazing, room was nice. Excellent location!!
