The hot tub was not very hot and it was kind of cloudy and the pool had a lot of clumps of hair floating around in it.

One room the heat couldn't be turned down and was quite hot. The pool area and rooms could use some refreshing up. There was lots of hot water and water pressure in the shower and the beds were comfortable.

I take my grandchildren here so we can use the pool and have a little getaway. For the price, it can't be beat. The rooms are nice, not the most comfortable bed but there fine for one night. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our blow-dryer in the room broke, they gave us a portable one.

Comforter crusty stain… mattress old and could feel the springs. Room was dated and smelled of cigarette smoke

Room shower was slow ; bathroom had a spider ; lack of soap / towels/no safety handles for ppl with disabilities; beds were absolutely terrible springs can b felt n bed was hard ; a room binder b nice showing what is in the area for ordering food etc; tv sucked especially channel wise like who wants the news all the time no options for movie selection n not up with the times 😑 like YouTube prime ; mayb have 2 nice comfy chairs to sit in .. (research tv models n how other bigger hotel chains do their systems) and dust was everywhere..

When I went into the men’s sauna there was a very strong smell of urine and it needed to be disinfected. I couldn’t stand the smell and was very dissappointed. It’s one one of the reasons I liked going there. Next I will have to reconsider my choice

Room was great size, location in the building was easy to get to. However my pillows stunk like cigarette smoke - I had to sleep with a towel over the pillow. Then the fire alarm went off at 3am - with no explanation in the morning. Then when I went to get breakfast at 9:55… it was all cleaned up and put away because I slept in later after the fire alarm going off. I went to just have a tea, but the ‘hot water’ was hardly warm. :( Unfortunately not a great experience.

Horrible experience, from the smoke in the hallways, the the blood stain on the sheets, there was hair and dust and grossness everywhere. Last straw was the bug bite after lying on the bed. Left two hours after check in and went to a different hotel.

The staff was nice, and the pool was a nice size but everything else was lacking to say the least. The rooms were not clean ( stains on comforters, hair in bathtub, broken hairdryer, stains all over the desk/ dressers) and our friends had old blood stains on their bedsheets and pretty sure the husband was bit by something after laying on the bed for a little while. We ended up leaving and not even staying the night.

We had such a lovely experience. The staff were warm and attentive, and the kids truly enjoyed their stay, the pool and breakfast was a big hit. Thank you so much!

The checkin staff was amazing. Ive stayed here dozens of times thru the years. Always a nice place to go. The TV in our room only got 2 channels, and our air conditioner didnt work. This place is sadly doing downhill. The sauna in the mens changeroom doesnt work anymore. And hasnt for a long time, but the one in the womens does. Beds were clean, had a good night of sleep. The fridge in the room we had (room 108) didnt work properly. Cant believe theyre letting this place go like this. The hottub was absolutely gross, the pool is loosing all the paint in the bottom. Paint peeling from the bridge over the pool on the bottom along with rust makes for a sore and sad sight. Ill still come back, as i really like this place, and the room was clean, but they really need to start doing repairs and maintenance on the property. Wondering if they may end up having to close their doors.

The hotel was ok just to use the bed for the weekend. The gym only has an elliptical and 1 weight machine. The elliptical was very old and where you place your feet was broken. The packing lot was a ice rink. When the front desk was told around noon they said ok and never got it salted and it just got worse. The arcade didnt havr anoigh tokens for everyone in therr so you had to wait for them. And thrle person working there was also taking care of the bar so never knew where she was.

The hotel staff are very courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean but could use some updating. Beds were ok. I would return to this hotel.

Hot breakfast items were cold. Waffle maker looks like is hasn’t been cleaned in years.
