The pool was out of order for the entire week! And the pool was a main reason we booked this hotel and I believe that should have been properly communicated before we booked. The room smelled musty, the furniture was chipped, ceiling water stained, there was mold on the frames in the bathroom and ripped carpets. Ice machine out of order. No direct access to the room they gave us. Garbage on the property and weird dirty windows. I have lots of photo proof. I would like a refund.

Although it was off a major road, it was in a quiet area and very easy to access, with stores and a LCBO a few minutes walk. The pool was refreshing and clean and opened from 7 am to 10 pm. The breakfast buffet was appetizing with hot eggs, bacon & sausage, plus fruit, cereal, waffles, yogurt, toast & muffins, juice, milk, a fancy coffee machine, peamut butter, jam, etc. which they kept topped up from 7 to 10 am. Room was large and noise free with a dual heater/air conditioner and black out curtains. Beds were comfortable with 4 pillows and warm sheets. Bathroom shower had a great spray and perfect water temperature. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

This was the first time we have stayed here. The staff was super friendly, helpful and efficient from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The hotel was quiet, the pool area tidy and clean. The breakfast had a variety of foods both hot and cold. The coffee was subpar but there are lots of options not far from the hotel to get a good cup of coffee or bring your own. All in all a good place to stay!

The room we stayed in was not clean we found someone else’s socks under bed, the fridge was not clean , only stayed one night so I don’t think they clean the rooms that good ! Pool was nice but that was about it.

The hot tub could have been cleaner Our hotel room could have been cleaner. A dirty charge cord was left plugged in and hanging in our washroom outlet....I am assuming it may have been one of the cleaning staffs. There was also smudged dirty fingerprints on the bathroom tap. Our fridge kept making loud clunking noises throughout our stay. The pool area and showers were very clean and the pool was a good temperature. Front end Staff who checked me in...her name was Toni....was absolutely amazing.

It was pretty standard, I mean everything was clean, the staff was kind and helpful. Honestly, my only complaint is that the waffle maker at the breakfast counter didn’t cook my waffle fully 😂

When we called ahead of time, we had asked for an early check-in and a crib. The staff were super helpful and said they would do their best, which we completely understand, as it was out of their control. When we arrived at the hotel, the floors were not vacuumed, and there was no crib. It smelled like cigarettes and dog. After waiting at the front desk for extra sheets and towels, the only staff member had to go to the other end of the building to retrieve them after assisting other clients with check-in. Breakfast was very minimal, and we did not attend. 4-5 baseball teams were staying at the hotel. The kids very much enjoyed the pool as we were the only ones there at 6:30 pm on a Saturday.

Front desk staff was very rude but cleaning staff was really helpful

The restaurant was closed for renovations but no mention of that on the website so there was also no "full buffet breakfast". The games room was also closed for renovations. Also not mentioned in the website. No change in room price. When I commented to the staff that the pool and games room was why I came with my young kids and wouldn't have booked otherwise, they said "we just work here, take it up with mgmt" but mgmt isn't on the property to talk to. And that was after the one rep had to ask the other rep to actually look up and check us in when we arrived. He initially just ignored us. I paid over $300 for a basic room. There is masking tape on the hall walls, there are 2 pieces of equipment in the "gym" and one is broken and the pieces were ying all over the floor, there were beer cans lying in the hall window sils, the ice maker was "out of service". Our room reeked like smoke and there were ants in the bathroom. From the outside, half of the sign to the restaurant is missing and the landscaping is overgrown, it looked like it was closed when we pulled up if it wasn't for cars in the lot. The ceiling above the pool is half missing/falling down. It was a DUMP. We drove hours to get there and they didn't tell us anything was closed until after we checked in. Don't waste your money. Stay somewhere else.

Stayed here on Saturday, July 11, 2026 as we were in town for a concert. Reservation was booked in advance. Upon arrival was notified that the restaurant was closed due to renovations which also extended to the games area (which were both selling features when reserved). Go to our room, it stank of cat urine and cat food. Badly. We put the air conditioner on and went to get our luggage from the car, when we arrived back in the room (Room 241), it stank worse than before. I guess the empty cans of cat food observed in the housekeepers garbage was a tell tale sign. We go back to the front desk to request a room change, and the front desk girl (just starting her 3pm shift-did not get her name) advised that "they have always had a problem with that room". Then why is this not off market??? We were moved to Room 126 and this was a much better room, and did not spell like cat urine. Breakfast eggs and sausages were both cold at 830 when breakfast only started an hour and half before that. I will give 5 stars to Liz (front desk) and Nicole (housekeeper). This deserves a refund. I am a hotel veteran of 20 years and this would never happen where I worked. Do better.

Everything was good Breakfast layout was a little unorganized but food was great

Rooms were nice. Garbages outside were overflowing with garbage. Beds were comfortable. I would stay there again. Over all was good hotel for the price. T.v didn’t work and plug socket in bathroom didn’t work either. Most of the ice machines were broken.

Booked a king size suite got provided with 2 doubles and they did absolutely nothing to assist with the error. The bathroom smelt like pee, the rooms had a musty smell and the hallways smelt like cigarettes

Had to change rooms because it smelled terrible. Staff were pleasant. The hotel is very run down. Would not recommend.
