Please be assured that this is not in line with our service and facility standards. We take your comments seriously and have already addressed this matter with our engineering and housekeeping teams. As part of our action plan, we are conducting a thorough inspection of all jet washers to ensure proper water pressure and functionality, as well as reviewing our room facilities to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.
