The ventilation system is not very good, so there are occasional odors. The breakfast selection is not very diverse. The service is good.

Very clean, spacious hotel room. Just in the middle of Sapa Station and Moana Sapa. The hotel has parking space, big enough for our big van to park for a while, considering the traffic in front of the hotel was always crowded.

The location of the hotel was very strategic. Just a walking distance to Sapa Station (a very beginning stage to Fansipan Peak) and to Moana Sapa. The room was very clean and fragrant. Even the bath towels were fragrant.

Good experience staying here with kids. We got a free upgraded room.

Excellent hotel with free herb massage. A lot of restaurants and massage places nearby. Strategic location and provided parking, even though it is limited. Will stay again when visiting Sapa next time.

The food never changes. The menu was the same for two days.

- Pros: Lucky money (gifts) at the beginning of the year, friendly and professional staff; spacious and clean rooms with beautiful mountain views; quiet atmosphere; very close to the town center (within walking distance). - Cons: Breakfast is not very varied and of average quality; parking in front of the hotel is limited, and if you drive a private car, you may have to park further away. The Muong Hoa road in front of the hotel is often congested.

It's a great hotel in the center of Sapa. Never miss this because they provide the best location to the tram station and Cat Cat Village.

Clean, cozy and near the city center. Breakfast was okay but the view was stunning. The hotel staff were accommodating, especially Maria who helped us book tours, purchase tickets and arrange transportation back to Hanoi.. We would definitely go back, we highly recommend this hotel.
