Next time I go to SA again, I will definitely stay here again.

We are a family of four, and overall, we really love to stay at this hotel, and if we get a chance to come to Sapa again, will definitely stay again at this hotel. Very recommended hotel.

Clean, cozy and near the city center. Breakfast was okay but the view was stunning. The hotel staff were accommodating, especially Maria who helped us book tours, purchase tickets and arrange transportation back to Hanoi.. We would definitely go back, we highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, good service. Had dry and wet steam rooms which were great. The downside is the rooms are not very soundproof.

4n3d experience is very ok, clean room, convenient, reasonable price. Friendly staff The minus point is that the laundry service at the hotel is too expensive. Washed 4-5 clothes for 480. Forgot to ask the price first and was shocked when I saw the bill. Everything else is ok

My room was locked twice, the hotel was enthusiastic, the restaurant view was nice, the room was clean, the bath and massage service was very good.

Also, when a luggage of my friend was left in the hotel, they contacted us so we could pick up the luggage.
