We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was nicely designed, with good attention to detail that made it comfortable and easy to relax. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted well. However, it ends at 9:00 AM, so you may miss it if you wake up late. The reception team was very helpful and friendly, supporting us throughout our time in Sapa. The spa was a highlight, and the location is very convenient for getting around. Our ratings: Room: 9/10 Breakfast: 9/10 Service: 9/10 Spa: 10/10 Location: 10/10 Special thanks to Mr. Hung, the manager, for his responsible and supportive approach.

A Wonderful Trip in Sapa Our trip was planned about 20 days in advance. When arriving in Vietnam, we chose this hotel because it offers a sauna and swimming pool—perfect for relaxing after a long journey. After more than 8 hours of travel to Sapa, we were quite tired, but the warm welcome from the reception staff immediately made us feel comfortable. The room was truly beautiful, with a cozy atmosphere. Relaxing in the bathtub while enjoying the view was exactly what we had hoped for. The hotel’s dining was also a highlight. Recommended by the front desk at a reasonable price, the food was delicious and well-prepared. The heated swimming pool and private sauna were convenient, clean, and of good quality—ideal for recharging after a long day. The hotel met our expectations for a relaxing stay, with friendly service, and we would definitely return in the future.

The location of the hotel was very strategic. Just a walking distance to Sapa Station (a very beginning stage to Fansipan Peak) and to Moana Sapa. The room was very clean and fragrant. Even the bath towels were fragrant.

De Sapa Hotel service is very good, especially for the customer service who offered us help to purchase transportation tickets to go to Fansipan. Also, when a luggage of my friend was left in the hotel, they contacted us so we could pick up the luggage. This very good service was also more complete when we checked out from the hotel, each room was given a memento from the hotel. Thank you for the receptionist and marketing De Sapa.

Everything was outstanding. I booked a trekking tour, and then after that, we had reserved a room in the hotel. The smell of cinnamon is very nice, the room is amazing, but the thing I felt incredible is the massage service, super relaxing after a long trekking trip.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our visit to Sapa. The property is ideally located in the heart of the town, making it very convenient for exploring local attractions, restaurants, and shops. One of the hotel's greatest highlights is its year-round indoor swimming pool and private sauna area. Both facilities are well-maintained and provide a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious, offering a good variety of options to suit different tastes. The stunning panoramic view of Fansipan Mountain from the restaurant made each morning even more special. The dinner experience was enjoyable overall, although the restaurant was quite busy during the evening, which resulted in a longer waiting time for food orders. However, the quality of the dishes was worth the wait. The reception team was exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. We were particularly impressed by the thoughtful gesture at check-out, when the staff prepared complimentary water and fresh fruit for our journey. It was a small detail that reflected the hotel's genuine hospitality and excellent customer service. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Sapa, especially travelers looking for comfort, great facilities, beautiful views of Fansipan, and a convenient central location. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The perfect choice for our group during this trip. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and always lively with many guests staying here. The restaurant serves delicious food with great presentation and flavors that suited everyone in our group. Our favorite experience was definitely lunch on the 9th floor, enjoying the meal while watching the clouds and mountain views—such a relaxing and memorable atmosphere. What impressed us the most was the excellent service from the front desk team. The staff were attentive, professional, and took very good care of our group throughout the stay. Before our journey back to Hanoi, they even prepared bottled water for everyone on the bus, which was a small gesture but showed genuine hospitality and care for guests. We truly appreciated the experience and would definitely come back again in the future.

Very warm welcome upon arrival. The receptionist, especially, was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful, making a great first impression. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Each room was thoughtfully prepared with fresh fruit, which showed great attention to detail. Due to high demand, we were only able to book 3 rooms at this hotel, while the rest of our group had to stay at a nearby property. However, we truly appreciate the excellent service and support from the hotel team throughout our stay. We enjoyed the swimming pool, which was clean and relaxing. The spa was quite busy, so we didn’t have time to wait, but this clearly reflects how popular the service is. The staff were attentive and professional, and we would definitely return in the future.

Overall, it was a memorable experience. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, with elegant and luxurious interiors that made us feel comfortable right away. The spa offered great value for money, and we enjoyed it twice during our stay. Dinner was also a highlight, especially the delicious pizza. From the welcome tea to the attentive service, every detail was thoughtfully prepared and left a great impression on us.

The ventilation system is not very good, so there are occasional odors. The breakfast selection is not very diverse. The service is good.

Very clean, spacious hotel room. Just in the middle of Sapa Station and Moana Sapa. The hotel has parking space, big enough for our big van to park for a while, considering the traffic in front of the hotel was always crowded.

The location of the hotel was very strategic. Just a walking distance to Sapa Station (a very beginning stage to Fansipan Peak) and to Moana Sapa. The room was very clean and fragrant. Even the bath towels were fragrant.

Excellent hotel with free herb massage. A lot of restaurants and massage places nearby. Strategic location and provided parking, even though it is limited. Will stay again when visiting Sapa next time.

- Pros: Lucky money (gifts) at the beginning of the year, friendly and professional staff; spacious and clean rooms with beautiful mountain views; quiet atmosphere; very close to the town center (within walking distance). - Cons: Breakfast is not very varied and of average quality; parking in front of the hotel is limited, and if you drive a private car, you may have to park further away. The Muong Hoa road in front of the hotel is often congested.

It's a great hotel in the center of Sapa. Never miss this because they provide the best location to the tram station and Cat Cat Village.

We are a family of four, and overall, we really love to stay at this hotel, and if we get a chance to come to Sapa again, will definitely stay again at this hotel. Very recommended hotel.
