The location of the hotel was very strategic. Just a walking distance to Sapa Station (a very beginning stage to Fansipan Peak) and to Moana Sapa. The room was very clean and fragrant. Even the bath towels were fragrant.

De Sapa Hotel service is very good, especially for the customer service who offered us help to purchase transportation tickets to go to Fansipan. Also, when a luggage of my friend was left in the hotel, they contacted us so we could pick up the luggage. This very good service was also more complete when we checked out from the hotel, each room was given a memento from the hotel. Thank you for the receptionist and marketing De Sapa.

Everything was outstanding. I booked a trekking tour, and then after that, we had reserved a room in the hotel. The smell of cinnamon is very nice, the room is amazing, but the thing I felt incredible is the massage service, super relaxing after a long trekking trip.

We stayed here for only one night. We arrived at the hotel at 5 am. We were allowed to rest and store our luggage before check in time. When we checked in, our room was upgraded so that we got a bathtub and balcony. We liked the complete room facilities, especially the welcoming snack which was a very sweet orange. We also enjoyed swimming and sauna at night. All the staff who served us were very kind. We were even escorted home to the exit and given gifts which were oranges, snacks, and drinking water.

Terima kasih utk pelayanannya. Resepsionisnya sangat ramah & membantu saya utk order taxi saat check out. Saya jg diberikan goodie bag yg berisi sunkist, biskuit & air mineral saat check out. Kamar saya jg diupgrade shg ada balkon dgn view gunung (sayangnya saat itu berkabut), dapat free spa jg. Pho saat sarapan sangat enak. Lokasi strategis dekat dgn sapa station. Semoga makin sukses Hotel De Sapa.

Very clean, spacious hotel room. Just in the middle of Sapa Station and Moana Sapa. The hotel has parking space, big enough for our big van to park for a while, considering the traffic in front of the hotel was always crowded.

Excellent hotel with free herb massage. A lot of restaurants and massage places nearby. Strategic location and provided parking, even though it is limited. Will stay again when visiting Sapa next time.

- Pros: Lucky money (gifts) at the beginning of the year, friendly and professional staff; spacious and clean rooms with beautiful mountain views; quiet atmosphere; very close to the town center (within walking distance). - Cons: Breakfast is not very varied and of average quality; parking in front of the hotel is limited, and if you drive a private car, you may have to park further away. The Muong Hoa road in front of the hotel is often congested.

Clean, cozy and near the city center. Breakfast was okay but the view was stunning. The hotel staff were accommodating, especially Maria who helped us book tours, purchase tickets and arrange transportation back to Hanoi.. We would definitely go back, we highly recommend this hotel.
