We took the king bed with balcony and it was amazing! The room was equipped with one small sofa, a coffee table other than the normal room amenities, and the balcony has an amazing view. We spent a lot of time there just to enjoy the view. Staff was very helpful and friendly, the last day, one of the staff called Lam was helping us to make sure we get off to our transit to go to our bus back to Hanoi. I will definitely repeat this hotel if I ever get back.

Kami Menginap di sini hanya satu malam. Kami sampai dihotel pukul 5 pagi. Kami diizinkan beristirahat dan menyimpan barang sebelum waktu check in. Saat Kami check in, kamar kami di upgrade sehingga kami mendapat fasilitas bathtub dan balcony. Kami menyukai fasilitas kamar yang lengkap, terlebih welcoming snack yaitu jeruk yang sangat manis. Kami juga menikmati berenang dan sauna pada malam hari. Semua staff yang melayani sangat baik. Bahkan kami diantar pulang sampai dipintu keluar dan diberikan gift yaitu jeruk, snack, dan air minum.

Do not think twice to make a reservation in Panorama Hotel. Strategic location, it's like between Sapa Lake and the Cathedral. Although it's located a little up on the hill, the stairs are not going to kill you. Friendly staffs also!
