It was a great stay! I enjoyed myself thoroughly and even though we checked in like in the wee hours of the morning, the staff was all ready to greet us. We had a seamless check in experience and I love the room. It was spacious and clean! I love that it was so close to the city centre as well!

We stayed here for 4 days and it was an amazing experience despite the fog and all. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful during our stay. They always put their best to make us comfortable and enjoy our stay. Shout out to Ms. Lucy, Ms. Sam, and Ms. Jenny, breakfast lounge staff, and our housekeeping guy, you guys are the best working in the best place! I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again next time we're back here in Sapa, best rate is what they deserve!

Our stay here was very nice. The location is great and very convenient. The only thing is the central AC was on heating mode as I went there during winter, so the AC in the room wasn't as cold as I wanted it to be, but open the windows a bit and it's comfortable.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay with KK Sa Pa. The room was extremely clean and comfortable with the only downside of a sewage smell coming from the toilet. Hotel is strategically located and have plenty of facilities like pool table, well equipped gym and an indoor pool. The stay also came with a complimentary herbal foot bath for one. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide range of variety. Would stay here again when visiting Sa Pa!

I don't like the laundry service at the hotel. My shirt is thin, so the laundry service knows it, but after washing it, they didn't pay attention. When I got home after 2 days, I put my clothes away and saw that my shirt was ruined. I'm so bored. The shirt is not expensive nor cheap, but I can only wear it for 1 time and then it's ruined.

The hotel is very close to the town center, just a 10-minute walk to the center of Sapa. The view is quite beautiful, overlooking the valley. You can shower before and after check-in, which is very useful since the arrival and pickup times from the travel agency don't coincide with check-in and check-out times. The food is quite varied and quite tasty.

Staying at this hotel was very pleasant. I arrived at the hotel very early in the morning and the hotel staff gave us access to a special room to rest until it was time for us to check in. We were also able to take a shower in the swimming pool so that we could do activities in Sapa first even though we couldn't check in yet. The room was the Premier Room Valley and the room was very spacious, complete and nice. The breakfast at this hotel is also the best, I like everything about this hotel, although the distance from the hotel to Sapa Station must be taken about 15 minutes on foot but it doesn't matter because there are many shopping places, places to eat that can be visited and enjoyed. If I have the opportunity to return to Sapa, I will return to stay there.
