The front desk service is thoughtful in all aspects, English communication is available, the hygiene is very good, and the hotel will distribute red envelopes during the Chinese New Year. Will definitely come back to this hotel next time. Good reviews🥰

It was a great stay! I enjoyed myself thoroughly and even though we checked in like in the wee hours of the morning, the staff was all ready to greet us. We had a seamless check in experience and I love the room. It was spacious and clean! I love that it was so close to the city centre as well!

We stayed here for 4 days and it was an amazing experience despite the fog and all. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful during our stay. They always put their best to make us comfortable and enjoy our stay. Shout out to Ms. Lucy, Ms. Sam, and Ms. Jenny, breakfast lounge staff, and our housekeeping guy, you guys are the best working in the best place! I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again next time we're back here in Sapa, best rate is what they deserve!

In addition, the hotel has a lot to offer and we were welcomed with discounted massage treatments, afternoon tea, plus more, given we booked a long stay. Excellent hotel, amazing view, but....a lot depends on the weather! Great hotel - huge room, when the fog clears you can see that the view from the room is simply lovely! Very good breakfast, the hotel's SPA services are comfortable and very good, the hotel's location is good - a short walk to the center. Highly recommended!

Great views and great location. The breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of asian amd western varieties. Check in was easy and hotel staff were very accommodating. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Had a wonderful stay here at KK Sapa. Would definitely book here again in the future.

This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The property is well maintained and the the staff is amazing. The only drawback is that the hotel is overrun by large tour groups. The breakfast experience was chaotic

Room not very clean! It’s need updated. Shower is smalll compared to huge room size. We has windows but they all face the wall, so no views at all. Very disappointed. It’s certainly not worth the money, even though all staffs are very nice. But facilities are subpar
