Wonderful hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Perfectly located in the heart of 'old Harrogate'. The dining room and bar have a beautiful feel of Victorian grandeur and the food served was absolutely fantastic.

The front desk are very helpful and the breakfasts are very nice

We had an evening meal that was absolutely delicious. Couldn't fault the food or the service. But in terms of the hotel, we stayed in a tiny room - the smallest hotel room I've ever slept in. There was just enough room for a double bed but not much else. And then there was no hot water in the morning to have a shower.

Staff were great, room was spotless, quiet and warm. Night staff allowed us to eat our pizzas together at chairs and tables in corridor, which was a great extra touch

We had a beautifully clean and very spacious room in the hotel's annex which was very peaceful and quiet. The whole stay was a perfect way to enjoy christmas! Every single member of staff was happy & smiling, the food absolutely superb, plenty of drinks choices...WONDERFUL!

Friendly staff, hotel rooms are a bit tired but oka for one night. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, shower pressure bad.

Very comfortable and spacious standard room. Did not have breakfast but used the Pub in evening which was ebullient and friendly atmosphere! Staff very friendly and approachable. Only issue an inconsiderate guest late at night got rowdy in room disturbance to many until staff had to quite them down. All good otherwise and will return

Beautiful stay from start to finish. Friendly welcome and bags kept securely until time to check-in. Lovely clean and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast. Perfect stay. Will definitely be back!
