The staff were really helpful throughout the whole hotel & bar.. lovely cosy hotel with excellent breakfast & food in the bar was really good with value for money prices also cocktails in the bar were one of the nicest we have had & good prices thank you for an excellent stay..

Excellent efficient check in, all staff very friendly and polite. However, our room was right above the Bar which was very noisy and music really loud till well after midnight, right on a main road which is busy throughout the night also and with no double glazing was extremely noisy. We stayed 2 nights and never had our room serviced. We return on Friday to shower and change for dinner and the room had not been cleaned, when we went to reception asking for tea supplies & mentioned this we were asked if we wanted to be added to the list to request it to be done? Sorry, I thought this was an automatic thing and not that we needed to be requested. if anyone is thinking of staying it is a lovely hotel and good location for access to everything but I would recommend requesting a room on the back and not above the bar!!
