The facilities were too old and below standard for the price paid. The staff (call center, reception, restaurant) didn't smile much and didn't seem very friendly.

Friendly staff, slightly outdated rooms, good location, clean, large and beautiful swimming pool, breakfast not very diverse.

The grounds are very large, but the electric carts only transport guests between the two hotel lobbies and do not take guests to the gate or between different areas within the resort grounds. The staff are unfriendly to customers. The rooms are old and not clean.

The staff were enthusiastic, the rooms were a bit old, and the breakfast wasn't very varied, but it was still okay.

The rooms were run-down, the air conditioners in the bedroom and living room were leaking, and the seafood buffet in the evening had nothing worthwhile, just shrimp, crab, and squid.

My house had a room that was not cleaned properly after the previous guest checked out: The bed sheets were not changed, the room smelled of cigarette smoke... But the hotel handled the situation very well so I appreciate this. The food did not suit my family's taste. But the other services were fine.

Beautiful location, great pool, friendly reception, great atmosphere and sound of the waves.

Everything was fine except for the variety of the breakfast buffet.

In addition to the room being degraded, the wooden floor is damaged, the TV cannot be watched. The beach is beautiful, the swimming pool is very nice, however, there is a small swimming pool that has not been cleaned yet. The receptionist is friendly and cleans the room very quickly. After breakfast, the room is cleaned. However, there is no reminder for everyone to swim, so they should take care of themselves and wear appropriate swimsuits to keep the pool clean. Children who do not wear swimsuits can easily pee in the pool, which is unsanitary. Some guests do not swim but like to take pictures, wearing slippers while everyone is swimming. The breakfast is delicious, the bathroom towels are not fragrant and the color is not pleasant, maybe it has been a long time since they invested in new towels. The bed sheets are also the same. The color is very unsympathetic, perhaps because the resort uses a light pink color. Over time, the color looks dirty. The large refrigerator can hold a lot of milk and fruit, but it does not spoil like the small refrigerator. With a resort that has been in operation for a long time, the deterioration of the facilities is inevitable. Hopefully, the next time I come, it will be improved. As for the amenities, I still want to stay at FLC, especially the beach and the saltwater swimming pool.

Great location, can hear the waves. Lots of beautiful photo spots. Good service. However, many of the furniture is old, not upgraded, the elevator sometimes has problems. After paying for the lunch buffet, I was informed that the restaurant will close in 15 minutes.

The room has a nice sea view but the TV is very slow to turn on and watch. The children want to watch TV but it is too slow. The floor in the room is not cleaned carefully so it is a bit dirty, sticky and has a smell. The hotel needs to improve this.

The hotel has many swimming pools. Weekday prices are reasonable.

The lobby is too hot, stuffy like a dryer, stuffy. The shower water is too hot, when I complained to the staff, they said it was because it was too hot.
