I have vacationed at FLC Sam Son about a dozen times, and have tried all three systems: grand, luxury and resort. Although the facilities are somewhat old, compared to this price in the northern region, to be able to stay at a resort with sea front, fresh green grass and flowers, super spacious space and super big swimming pool. I think FLC is still the number 1 choice. It's a bit unfortunate that during the peak season, the Luxury hotel closed the spa and swimming pool there. I think there are still many guests who want to stay and return to FLC Sam Son, so next time the system will be renovated to look more spacious. and newer.

All good service. Clean room. Except for having to wait for a long time to check in, having to wait while the hotel is 5⭐️ hope the hotel can fix that so that everyone who comes to the resort has a happy mood and wants to come back.

My house had a room that was not cleaned properly after the previous guest checked out: The bed sheets were not changed, the room smelled of cigarette smoke... But the hotel handled the situation very well so I appreciate this. The food did not suit my family's taste. But the other services were fine.

In addition to the room being degraded, the wooden floor is damaged, the TV cannot be watched. The beach is beautiful, the swimming pool is very nice, however, there is a small swimming pool that has not been cleaned yet. The receptionist is friendly and cleans the room very quickly. After breakfast, the room is cleaned. However, there is no reminder for everyone to swim, so they should take care of themselves and wear appropriate swimsuits to keep the pool clean. Children who do not wear swimsuits can easily pee in the pool, which is unsanitary. Some guests do not swim but like to take pictures, wearing slippers while everyone is swimming.
The breakfast is delicious, the bathroom towels are not fragrant and the color is not pleasant, maybe it has been a long time since they invested in new towels. The bed sheets are also the same. The color is very unsympathetic, perhaps because the resort uses a light pink color. Over time, the color looks dirty. The large refrigerator can hold a lot of milk and fruit, but it does not spoil like the small refrigerator.
With a resort that has been in operation for a long time, the deterioration of the facilities is inevitable. Hopefully, the next time I come, it will be improved. As for the amenities, I still want to stay at FLC, especially the beach and the saltwater swimming pool.

Great location, can hear the waves. Lots of beautiful photo spots. Good service. However, many of the furniture is old, not upgraded, the elevator sometimes has problems. After paying for the lunch buffet, I was informed that the restaurant will close in 15 minutes.

The room has a nice sea view but the TV is very slow to turn on and watch. The children want to watch TV but it is too slow. The floor in the room is not cleaned carefully so it is a bit dirty, sticky and has a smell. The hotel needs to improve this.

Staying in luxury but the hotel is rundown, the hallways don't have air conditioning, it's too hot in this weather, the restaurant staff are not enthusiastic, customers ask as if they don't hear anything. Check in at 3pm but there is only 1 receptionist, customers are lining up crowdedly but the receptionist is changing shifts, changing shifts at the time customers check in ???? The hotel has too many problems to be worthy of the room price and 5-star quality
