คำแนะนำทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับการเช็คอิน
- According to the hotel's policy, please show all the documents (Passport/ ID card/ Residence card/ Rental Apartment Contract...) of all guest for the Hotel to support check the information when guest check-in. (Theo Chính sách của khách sạn, Quý khách vui lòng mang theo các giấy tờ tùy thân (Căn cước công dân/ Sổ hộ khẩu/ Giấy tạm trú, tạm vắng...) của tất cả các thành viên để khách sạn hỗ trợ kiểm tra thông tin trước khi check-in)
- If guest's name checking-in at the hotel is different from guest's name in confirmation voucher, surcharge for changing guest's name is VND500.000Nếu khách tới nhận phòng tại khách sạn khác với tên người nhận phòng trên đơn phòng, phụ thu VND500.000 phí đổi tên

- High season period (May 15th - Aug 17th) and Festivals, Holidays: A compulsory meal is not included in room rate and will be collected at check in.
- Surcharge for children staying at the hotel (including Breakfast): + From 0 to 5 years old, free of charge. + From 6 to 11 years old, 250.000VND/person/night. + From 6 to 11 years old, 650.000VND/person/night including extra-bed. If there are 02 children from 6 to 11 years old staying in a same room, the first one will be charged in 250.000VND/person/night and the last one will be charge in 650.000VND/person/night. + From 12 years old is considered as adult, 950.000VND/person/night including extra-bed.
- According to the hotel's regulation, please deposit at the Front Desk VND1,000,000/room/night at the Hotel or VND3,000,000/room/night at the Resort for accidental expenses.
- Food and Beverage are not allowed to bring into the room and hotel during your stay - Cooking is not allowed in the room due to fire regulations
