We booked a “deluxe double room” last minute after a long flight, too tired to drive home and just needing a restful night.
The room was freezing cold, radiator turned off and window open not ideal on a cold February evening! The window didn’t close properly and the radiator made a loud humming noise.
The bed was really lumpy, towels extremely old and the room itself tired and far from “deluxe”
We were disturbed by noise from the room below until I got up and complained at 4am to the night manager.
The breakfast was surprisingly good but this is definitely a place to AVOID
