The best location for walking around downtown Macroplaza. Helpful, friendly staff, good food, comfy bed and pillows. CONS. Bring your own washclothes! Or body scrub. They don't have any. We got the room with a view of the inside courtyard but one can only see the windows of other rooms. Poorly lit area where there is a sofa. Very low quality toilet paper. Very slippery marble / tile shower. It made me anxious. The room was spacious.

The rooms were spacious.

The lobby was nice and the rooms were big but had linoleum floors and just didn't look coordinated. Good area though near restaurants and museums. Also, no microwave or mini-refrigerator. Definitely not 4 star. Could be very nice if they did some remodeling and provided some appliances in the rooms.

The bathroom sink clogged and the toilet too. They also charge for parking in the same hotel and that was a first for me. They have an ironing board but no iron. And the A/C took for ever to cool the room. This is the second time I stayed here and it was 2 years ago and it was all so different from now. Guess there won't be a third.
