My stay at Krystal Monterrey was awesome! The check-in was very efficient. The room was superb! I really loved the neatness but most of all the individualized WELCOME note. Special thanks to Susana García!

No me gustó el valet parking ya que dejaron el vehículo prendido toda la noche y se le acabó tanto la batería que tuve que hablar a una grúa incurriendo en un gasto que no tenía contemplado. Se vio con la supervisora y gerente en turno y simplemente me dijeron que “estarán al pendiente”. Entiendo que no son trabajadores directos del hotel pero están en el hotel dando el servicio. Nos quedamos sin agua un día y nos bañamos. La fila para el registro más lento de lo normal

Llegamos y nuestra reservacion no aprecia, les mostre con mi cel la reserva de expedia y tardaron aprox 30min en reaolverlo, eran 3 cuartos y tadaron mucho en darnos las llaves ya que teniamos que firmar muchos papeles TODAS las 6 personas que ibamos, yo me acercaba a ver si ya faltaba poco y me decian que necesitaba

Staff was friendly, room service is great, small Starbucks in hotel, seating area in lobby, hotel bar had a happy hour, food at breakfast buffet was good on one day & not so good the next. Room was nice overall, bathroom had s bit od a sewer smell ar times & can hear people next yo our rokm if loud. Overall nice & would recommend as ot in in the downtown area very accessible to shopping, restaurants & sights.

El personal increíble, super atentos. Me encanta la ubicacion de este hotel y ya nos hemos hospedado anteriormente. En esta ocasion nos tocó la mala experiencia de no poder bañarnos debido a que la regadera tenia fuga de agua y mojaba todo el baño por arriba de la puerta de cristal.

I think this will likely be the first negative review I have given for a property. But holy moly....the room safe didn't work, there were no glasses or ice bucket in the room, some of the lights didn't work, it was dirty. I honestly was shocked, as it looks lovely from the outside, has concierge service, a doorman, valet parking. The room experience just did not connect with the rest of the property.

This hotel has never failed me. Rooms are very spacious. Breakfast buffet amazing. Service is great! Meeting rooms and working spaces are great

We arrived at hotels safe I stayed there about 6 months ago. it was extremely busy and we decided to take a shower, this was terrible without hot water, we called reception to report it lady told us she was sending someone to check, which he never arrived, after out third call they said keep the water open for an hour and hot water will ok, which we did. at 6:00 am we would hear a lot of noise like they were working on it but it was a horrible noise this was a vacation that we took and I love Krystal staff, this year we realized there were no cabs, which made it worse. we left disappointed we had a bad view they were making a new building and we had a bad scenery. I never expected for that to happen. Thank you kindly!

El Viernes 20 de Junio que llegamos notamos que la habitación estaba muy caliente. Comprendí qué a lo mejor fue porqué el aire se tiene que prender y enfriar durante la noche. Por mañana del sábado notamos que nunca enfrio el aire. Esa mañana le dije a las señorita del lobby lo que ocurrió. Dijeron qué mandarían a alguien de servicio. Nunca nos avisaron si se compuso el problema o no. Esa misma noche del sábado notamos un charco de agua escurriendo de la unidad del aire. Mi pareja hablo al lobby para reportar lo que estaba sucediendo. Le dijeron que mandaría a alguien de servicio en cuanto antes. Toda la noche pasamos calor de nuevo, nuca llegaron, no nos avisaron nada, ni para ofrecer cambiarnos de habitación. Cuando sali de la habitación el Domingo, tube que esperar demasiado tiempos para hacer check-out porqué solo habia una persona ayudando a todos los que llegában y saliamos del hotel. Cuando llegó mi turno le explique lo qué sucedió a la recepcionista. Me dijo que gracias por reportar el problema. Sin pedir una disculpa ni una compensación por el disgustó que pasamos. Le dije que era inaceptable lo que sucediendo asi que queria hablar con el gerente. Ella tomo mis datos para qué me contactaran y me dio una tarjeta con la información del hotle. Mande un mensaje por WhatsApp al hotel poniendo la queja cuando salí del hotel. Ya pasaron dos dias y no me han contestado de Krystal por teléfono correo electrónica ni WhatsApp.
