Krystal Monterrey

Pesimo cervicio, al entrar y te den una habitacion, me la dieron casi a las 4pm. el servicio al cuarto pesimo, nunca contestaban o se tardaban mucho y estube esperando por 2 horas el servicio a la habitacion y no tenian nada para comer en la noche como a las 2am y dicen que tienen servicio las 24 horas. Pesimo servicio para asiar la habitacion, 3pm y aun no estaba asiada mi habitacion. En general tomare alguna otra alternativa de hotel. Tengo mucho tiempo quedandome aqui pero desde que dicen que ay nueva administracion las cosas an cambiado para mal. El bar no esta habierto mas tarde, en la noche no ay cosinero que te brinde algun platillo, tubimos que ir a buscar algo de cenar afuera del hotel, ya que solo tenian atun. Ni que fuega gato. En fin me a decepcionado mucho este hotel. Lastima porque era mi preferido por el servicio que daban.

The cleanliness of the hall needs a lot of work. I informed management the first day I arrived and after two days the dirt and some kind of pieces of Sheetrock remained. It doesn’t reflect well on the hotel the lack of attention to cleanliness.

Everything was great

Hot Water not working properly, elevators, no coffe, no water, room was hot,

Issues with hot water, low water pressure, room temperature was hot, they didn’t put coffe or water bottles

All staff was very nice and helpful!!

Expedia y Krystal Hotels me robaron mi dinero. No volveré a pisar este hotel no lo recomiendo para nada

Good surroundings, wishing walking distance to stores, malls, restaurants. There's a plaza right in front the building where you can sit to relax.

Very friendly, helpful, and competent staff. An unexpected benefit was the seeing the large flocks of parrots that roost in the area. The parrots congregate on the roof of a building next door to the hotel to drink water (condensation from the air conditioners?) in the evening and they are easily visible from the Krystal. The hotel management should find an ornithologist to identify the types of parrots and produce a guidebook. When I watched the birds there must have been at least 300 birds visible.

I noticed some little issues The bathroom need more clean up on shower and better showerhead, Sheets could be newer other than that everything else good, Near form restaurants and walkable distances

We noticed the bar was never open this is inconvenient for us we always want to have some drinks in the evenings when we travel and pay for a hotel stay. unfortunately this time we never saw the bar open. Overall our stay was very pleasant the staff were very friendly and polite.

todo el cuarto olía a drenaje, las sabanas olían feo, para el precio del hotel esta muy cochino

Hotel had a bad smell, carpet was dirty.

Excellent stay! The hotel is in an outstanding location—close to everything we needed. The staff was welcoming, the room was comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay here again!
