Everything was very good. Staff was friendly. Only thing was the halls from elevator to the rooms were not clean

The rooms was not clean, towels old, bed had a stains, ibhad to clean the table, floor was not clean, they didnt clean my room until 9 pm, i call front desk i need tjem to go amd clean the room they never send anyone's until 4 hrs. Later i ask the lady i need it clean towel but front desks never call them to let them know..this hotel is bad and the price is high

Hotel is close to all kind of activities and good places to eat.

When we arrived, tired of a long trip. We were given two rooms. When we arrived rooms were not ready, they were cleaning supplies, thrash, wet towels on the floor and used bed linens were all thrown on top of a chair. Had to go back to request clean rooms.

Pesimo cervicio, al entrar y te den una habitacion, me la dieron casi a las 4pm. el servicio al cuarto pesimo, nunca contestaban o se tardaban mucho y estube esperando por 2 horas el servicio a la habitacion y no tenian nada para comer en la noche como a las 2am y dicen que tienen servicio las 24 horas. Pesimo servicio para asiar la habitacion, 3pm y aun no estaba asiada mi habitacion. En general tomare alguna otra alternativa de hotel. Tengo mucho tiempo quedandome aqui pero desde que dicen que ay nueva administracion las cosas an cambiado para mal. El bar no esta habierto mas tarde, en la noche no ay cosinero que te brinde algun platillo, tubimos que ir a buscar algo de cenar afuera del hotel, ya que solo tenian atun. Ni que fuega gato. En fin me a decepcionado mucho este hotel. Lastima porque era mi preferido por el servicio que daban.

The cleanliness of the hall needs a lot of work. I informed management the first day I arrived and after two days the dirt and some kind of pieces of Sheetrock remained. It doesn’t reflect well on the hotel the lack of attention to cleanliness.

Hot Water not working properly, elevators, no coffe, no water, room was hot,

Issues with hot water, low water pressure, room temperature was hot, they didn’t put coffe or water bottles

All staff was very nice and helpful!!
