Hotel had a bad smell, carpet was dirty.

Excellent stay! The hotel is in an outstanding location—close to everything we needed. The staff was welcoming, the room was comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay here again!

Our bathroom needed some repairs and updating. Shower had no pressure. But the beds were comfort. Was not given a room with Mountain View at first but was easily corrected. Everyone should a room with Mountain View. It’s beautiful to see in the morning. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. Got us a cab to the airport for 630 pesos.

The shower leaked and smelled of sewage. There was a mold or water spot on the ceiling in the bathroom.

Upon arrival, ceilings were filled with dust and visibly you can see from the ceilings. Housekeeping was quick to respond and cleaned it up. During the stay, there were 2 nights (almost full nights) without electricity, meaning we did not have any air conditioning during the midst of summer. Front desk said it was due to the power outage in the entire block of the town. No compensation provided, no other alternatives provided and we spent the night sweating in a stuffy room, waking up with headaches due to lack of airflow in the room. Decent customer service, they were able to provide cold storage travelling with medications that needed to be in the fridge. Valet parking is nice enough with no complaints. The area this hotel is located in is quite busy, bustling with people and great for shopping, although the streets are very dirty and garbage everywhere. Overall, this place was an ok place to be, I wouldn't give it the star rating they currently have, it's more of a 2 or 3 star hotel rather than a 4, and most definitely not a 5 star stay. If given the choice, there's a 10% chance of me reboojung at this place mainly due to convenience of location (although there are other hotels in the same area).

They need improvement in customer services ; specifically in the front desk!!

The property is centrally located and close to many popular tourist attractions like Paseo Santa Lucia, the Cathedral, Macroplaza, plenty of shops and small local restaurants. Staff at check-in was very friendly (Mercedes) I would definitely stay here again if I return to Monterrey. My only complaint is the lack of communication through the Expedia app, and we had to wait until 2:00 PM to check in, even though we arrived early at noon.

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. Unfortunately, it did not meet expectations due to several issues: The room was extremely hot upon arrival. Although I adjusted the thermostat, the temperature only lowered by 2 degrees and remained uncomfortable throughout the night. The television was not functioning at all during the stay. I also encountered a bug in the restroom, which was concerning in terms of cleanliness. While the restaurant food was acceptable, it wasn’t enough to offset the other inconveniences. When I contacted the front desk to request a room change, I was told all rooms were booked. Additionally, the receptionist was not particularly helpful or accommodating.
