The house itself is beautiful. Grounds are well maintained, stunning views, pleasant staff, delicious breakfast and lots of parking. Train station to other areas if almost directly opposite. My only gripe was the internet. We had no access throughout our stay in our room - number 8, and very limited in other areas of the hotel. I know we didn’t have a break to be on our phones all day, but it is essential in these days to have access to it.

The service, accommodation was exceptional. The hotel was relaxed and totally customer focused. The staff are attentive and accommodating, knowledgeable about the area. All the staff presented themselves as professional but friendly always smiling and open to conversations and commentary. The spa is fantastic, relaxing and rejuvenating. I’d go back anytime and will recommend the hotel to my friends

The room was very clean. Fittings were to a good standard. Staff polite and helpful, both on Reception desk and in the dining room. Buffet breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold food. Plenty of parking spaces.

Ended up with a family room, which wasn't stated on the booking. Whilst very clean and with everything working, the additional beds compromised the room layout making one end very crowded. View from the room wasn't good either, made it feel closed in.

It’s alright for the price. Beautiful old main building but the rooms in the external properties (which it wasn’t clear we’d booked) were very basic, almost youth hostel style. The thermal journey in the spa was a bit of a let down. Quite a small area and very busy. The price said it included slippers but it didn’t and it felt a little like a living Petri dish. The location is great though. Worth crossing over the railway to get to the track near the beach for a walk/run. We did that twice in a one night stay it was that lovely!

Beautiful building - needs brought up to date. The hotel had an “old” smell. Had a double which needed care and attention. The shower was dreadful, small cubicle, trickle of water which was lukewarm. Needs money spent to bring it up to date. Staff were nice. Just a shame it looks beautiful but not great. Plenty of parking though and beautiful views from the front.

Great views from the hotel over Morecambe Bay. Parking if you travel by car . Electric charging available too at the hotel . Grange railway station is a short walk across the road . Unique hotel with friendly, helpful staff. We didn't dine at breakfast, therefore can't comment on breakfast menu .

Hotel is beautiful and attention to detail is perfect. Food was amazing and staff attentive. Spa very small and no pool which was disappointing. Location great to walk to nearby shops. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel, absolutely stunning. The staff were all very friendly and couldn’t do enough. Our room was in Rock House, a little annex and really comfortable and had every facility we could want. Just a ten minute walk into Grange-over-Sands.
