Great location, 10 mint walk to Hell Valley, we went during the night & early morning walk, not many tourists during early in the morning, great experience to explore Hell Valley. Shopping street just outside the hotel. Best is we are able to share the Dai Ichi Takimotokan Onsen facilities with no extra cost any time we want, just opposite of the hotel.

Very clean room, good food, good service. You can walk to the best onsen of the city. No more charges, impressed on the beautiful city onsen!

Room appeared to be ancient style. Got better price for bear park if you stay here. Free shuttle bus to bear park too!

Beautiful location, but hotel is just pretty normal. Front desk staff was rather unpleasant..

Bad room, bad bed with bad smell and too tiny bathroom and so not clean, very old onsen on basement only good one thing is location, center of noboribetsu onsen and near valley, no parking lot too.

Hotel close to bus stop station, close to tourist attractions, clean, highly recommended. The breakfast was good

Summer booking But when booking, forget that the hotel does not have air conditioning 555

The room is very narrow for 3 persons to stay even though we have booked a triple room. There is no air conditioner in the room but the hotel had prepared an electrical fan already. Restroom is very tiny also and old. The greatest thing in this hotel is that we can walk across the street to use the grand onsen room in opposite 5 star hotel that is the most wonderful Onsen bath pool we have ever seen.
