The staff was amazing. Everything was wonderful. Except for the underlying scent of mildew. You could tell by the warped floors and the subtle scent of mildew in the air that there was water damage of some kind. Other than that everything was amazing

Agreat hitel that myself and my husband stay at whenever we have the chance

it was a nice stay, their was a few stains on the carpet which i just ignored but not what you want to see, so spacious and you also get breakfast in the morning which was really nice

Comfortable and clean. Perfectly placed for visiting a friend in Leah Lodge.

This was for our wedding with a very particular set of circumstances, ensuring that the bride and I did not see each other the first night/morning, and then had the same room together for the second night. But the hotel pulled it off perfectly and were, at all times, extremely accommodating.

Great value and location

A person got stuck in the lift. They moved our room, without being asked which was very aware. The breakfasts were good, and the evening menu was reasonable. Parking was easy, and the location was perfect.

Stayed here a couple of times . Just gets better ! Free safety deposit in 24 hr reception . Always an on site parking space . Station to London 5 minute walk away . A few good local pubs nearby . Greenwich a nice walk through the park in about 20 mins . Or around £7 in a Uber . Good unlimited breakfast . Nice clean rooms . Very reasonable hotel bar . Staff all friendly and polite . Classed as a three star - I’d say plus ! Will be back 👍

Always brilliant

Chosen primarily for excellent transport links to O2. Bus stop outside the hotel takes you directly to North Greenwich bus station, a stones throw from O2, makes for an extremely quick exit. Also great prices for friends sharing a room and a truly yummy breakfast included. Will book the Clarendon for all our O2 trips.

Great location

Booked this for my son and his girlfriend and they could not fault it.

Room not of standard we normally receive in this hotel. I paid more than usual for a superior room but was put at back of hotel with no view of heath

We have stayed at this hotel twice before and remain totally satisfied with it. Easy check in, nice room, fantastic breakfast.

Quick overnight city break in Blackheath. Very pleasant location and general surroundings of Blackheath Village. Although the room could perhaps have benefited from a little bit of a refresh, it had a generously-sized and very comfortable bed. Small bathroom which was fine. Very good buffet breakfast. Room didn't have one of the prime views over the heath, but that wasn't a problem as it was nice and quiet where I was. Only minor fault was that the wifi wasn't particularly strong in my room and the connection dropped on a number of occasions. I tended to use my data instead. Would definitely stay here again, no debate.

The food at the hotel was fantastic. We had breakfast and dinner there most days of our stay. The room was big and clean. It was a great location to get in and out of London from.

C'était parfait, ou presque. Le lit etait branlant mais la literie tres confortable. Le personnel sympathique et accomodant. Le check in a 13h sans frais tres apprecié. Les dejeuners buffet avec un bon choix tres apprecie. Lenvironnement de l'hôtel tres agreable, tout a proximité, cetait genial. Jy retournerai sans hesitation.

Had a one night stay in a very pleasant clean room. Plenty of beverages, towels and pillows. All the staff from reception and serving staff in the bar and the breakfast room were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good.

Perfect location, spotlessly clean, excellent and friendly staff, great breakfast - highly recommended! The only thing to note is that the there is no separate shampoo or conditioner (all in one shower gel)
