I always enjoy staying at this hotel. This visit was as good as my previous visits. Great breakfast.

Clean room and good breakfast - what more do you want?

On arrival we were fortunate to get a parking space as advertised it’s on a first come basis. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. Room was clean and spacious on arrival. Unfortunately on our return to room 152 in the evening after the show, we were greeted by a filthy shower tray, looks like dirty water had come back up the drain and we were luck it didn’t flood the floor. We didn’t mention anything at the time as it was midnight and we were too tired to deal with it. Don’t be put off staying here the hotel is well placed and very comfortable. This hopefully was an isolated incident.

I was at the front and it was a bit noisy.

The hotel has that cosy feeling and staff were helpful, the rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was basic but good and hot

Helpfull staff asked for a soft pillow and it was soon taken care of lovely breakfast choices

We booked a standard riim but were upgraded to a crown room. Bigger than a standard. Room clean, staff friendly, breakfast was very nice. Only a couple of niggles. Mirror above dressing table too high to do hair when seated. Bath hard to get out of as only had low bars Would stay again when in London as in a good location for us

Great hotel in a very good location, lots of places to eat and drink nearby and easy to get around

We had a de luxe room and it was great. We had chocolates and 2 mini bottles of wine in the fridge, are these free or to pay for? no price list, a bit disappointing. The bathroom was large and the shower was large and had lots of room. Great nights sleep and helpful staff at breakfast in the morning. Will return

Lovely stay, great breakfast with friendly and caring staff. Close to the 02, which is just what we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again in future.
