Functional and comfortable with free parking.

We walked in from our pilgrim route tired and wet. We were put in a cramped w/c accessible room on the ground floor.There was a locked connecting door to the next room. The occupants returned, talking loudly, and apparently smoking as we could smell the cigarette smoke in our room. We asked to be moved and ended up in a much nicer, larger room on the first floor, with a bathtub! Sorely needed after our long, wet day of walking. The next morning we arrived at breakfast to find one of the most complete breakfast offerings we'd seen thus far, and a lovely young woman presiding! Perfect for hungry pilgrims who would be walking again that day. So, things started out not wonderful but ended up great!

Very friendly and helpful staff but the room was a little rough around the edges. Breakfast was good but let down by the restaurant not being open in the evenings over the weekend - Friday to Sunday. This was not mentioned in the booking details.

Adequate room. Bed comfotable.Tea and coffee facilities. Small amount of mould around the bath. Room a.bit dated.

The hotel could really do with AC, also there is no front desk and the bar is only open for 2 hours at night. Staff were very helpful.

The hotel is on the edge of Orthez on the main road to Pau. It's everything you expect from a Kyriad. Staff friendly and helpful, room and beds were fine. Dinner was good and reasonably priced and breakfast was excellent. A good night stop on the journey.

sadly it was much too hot in our room at the end of the corridor as it had a low ceiling and the outside had the sun all day so the room appeared to get hotter as the night went on. we had to sleep with the window and door open. A fan would have helped a bit.

sejour correct dans l'ensemble, juste le fait d'une mauvaise insonorisation, on est dérangé par les bruits dans les couloirs, les tv dans les chambres et autres bruit.

Hôtel de piètres qualité, pas rénovée depuis plusieurs décennies. Peu de service. Peu de diversité au buffet du petit dej. Je ne reviendrai jamais.

Nous avons contacté l'hôtel pour les avertir que nous arriverions tard, réceptionnite glaciale et très mal aimable

Nous sommes restés une seule nuit, mais l'accueil est excellent, le service repas et petit déjeuner également. Le site est calme donc tout à été parfait pour nous.

Cet hôtel est idéalement situé dans Orthez, c’est même le seul 3 étoiles dans le centre ville. Ceci dit pour moi il est plus digne d’un 2 étoiles que d’un 3. Il mériterait un sérieux coup de rafraîchissement. Dans ce qui m’a le plus gêné : les toilettes sales à notre arrivée (avec un petit cadeau qui flottait dedans, malgré le bandeau « sanitaire » apposé sur la cuvette), l’araignée qui s’est échappé de la serviette propre quand je l’ai pris sur l’étagère, le petit déjeuner rudimentaire (malgré qu’il coûte 10€) et plus généralement l’état vieillissant des chambres. Je ne vous recommande cet hôtel que si vous voulez absolument dormir à Orthez même.

Une nuit, mais tres bien accueilli, hotel tres confortable. Route passante... seul bémol.

La nuit du ce jeudi soir....en.pleine nuit. Des bruits des portes qui claque juste a cote de ma chambre ou au dessus. Tres genant pas reussi a me rendormir tres bien. La literie est super.....
