My second stay in this perfectly located boutique hotel on the edge of the old town near the harbour. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with lots of tips and a welcome drink! Though I did not have a harbour view, the room had a good shower and comfortable bed - all you really need when there is lots to do outside. I would look to stay there again if back in town.

This is a perfect hotel in San Sebastián. Fabulous location in the old town with an excellent view of harbour. You can walk everywhere. Lots of pinchos and restaurants in the neighborhood. Lots of local shops too. Next to beach. Linens are great and staff friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. That is, on our next visit to San Sebastián.

Room was very clean and well-appointed with a beautiful view of the sea. Nice bathroom as well. Excellent location at the end of the Concha, and right at the start of Old Town. We booked very last minute, so didn't receive the driving directions video - if you are driving, you do have to drive on the pedestrian roads, so reach out the hotel ahead of time for directions if you don't have them before you head over. There is (paid) parking at the hotel.

Good location, staff and the rooms are clean. Andy at the Front desk was very helpful. Gave us great recommendations of the area. We will love to comeback again. Only downside is that our room didn't have drawers to set our clothes. Beside that, everything was wonderful.

Loved the facility and location but bar downstairs was loud into the night and early morning. Hotel did provide ear plugs.

What a wonderful stay! This is the perfect hotel in the perfect location to explore San Sebastián. It is in the heart of old town looking over the water. Minutes to delicious food and a short walk from the centre of town. The staff are fabulous, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better stay!

Wonderful stay!! Helpful staff. Great location - right in the heart of old town but away from the busy streets, very close to the beach and Urgull One of the best apartment hotels we've stayed at. Apartment is well-equipped, clean, spacious, with very nice view.

The hotel is in a great location - right near the old town and beach. The staff were very friendly, room was clean and modern.

Super helpful and nice team. Room was small but cozy. The hotel is tucked in the back left corner of old town, right under the steps that go up to the castle. Glad we chose this location. Front Desk helped us find great restaurants

Location and staff

It’s the perfect location for exploring San Sebastián. The bed was really comfy. It was a no frills room which we were fine with but being on the ground floor it was dark and noisy in the night. We would stay again though and enjoyed our stay.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Pre booked parking was easy. The area was great for walking to pintxo bars, restaurants and the beach area.

The property and staff were magnificent. The location is also excellent. The only negative is getting to the hotel in car. It’s very difficult. A video is provided but hard to follow. A map would be easier to navigate. But besides that it’s a great property.
