Friendly staff and best location ever

Staff was great, helpful and accommodating!! Breakfast was quite good. View was non-existent. Coffee maker in the room would have been wonderful. If you have the whole family in a room note that the frosted glass door for the bathroom has a spot that is unfrosted, meaning someone could see you in the shower. We asked for a sheet which we hung up on the door to solve the problem.

Andrea at the front desk was always joyful & welcoming. She made all the difference! Location was excellent. Our 2-bedroom unit was spacious & elegant. Glad we stayed here.

We got upgraded and I have to say, we had the best views! The apartments are super clean and well stocked. The staff were very kind and helpful. I would most certainly come back here again!

Phenomenal location right near the bay and the pintxo bars. The apartment was large with exceptional air conditioning and clothes washing facilities.

Helpful staff. Nice touch of a welcome drink. Breakfast not avail until 8am. No tea and coffee making facilities in room but on request we were able to obtain a jug and 2 cups, as we had an early check out. Could easily hear noise from other rooms through the night which was not expected in a reasonably new looking hotel.

Great hotel in excellent area. Very close to old town and sea front. Great views from room windows. Staff ultra friendly and helpful . If you are considering a break in San Sebastian this hotel is perfect

All the staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast choices were great. Our room was exellent, complete with toiletries & minibar. Perfect location for the old town & beach. We highly recommend & will hoprfully be returning.

The room was immaculate and we had a view of the ocean. The location was right in the center of everything. The staff were super helpful and welcoming.

The rooms are very comfortable and a good size for two people. It is perfectly located in Old Town San Sebastian. Many restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions right around,

The hotel was clean and comfortable, it was in a very good location for the old town and bay area. The only thing to be aware of was the noise from local bars. Our rooms were extremely close to the street and steps leading out if town and was where people would gather aat night. It also meant you were opening the windows right where people were standing. Our rooms were at the front so be aware of noise if booking these! Otherwise, no issues with the rooms themselves.

My second stay in this perfectly located boutique hotel on the edge of the old town near the harbour. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with lots of tips and a welcome drink! Though I did not have a harbour view, the room had a good shower and comfortable bed - all you really need when there is lots to do outside. I would look to stay there again if back in town.

This is a perfect hotel in San Sebastián. Fabulous location in the old town with an excellent view of harbour. You can walk everywhere. Lots of pinchos and restaurants in the neighborhood. Lots of local shops too. Next to beach. Linens are great and staff friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. That is, on our next visit to San Sebastián.
