Fabulous central location for a trip to San Sebastián. Right in the heart of town were you can walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. They have parking if you need. The service apartments are very well equipped.

Right in the old town, next to the harbor and trail up to the castle, and can walk to everything easily right from the hotel. Friendly staff and great fresh breakfast offerings each day.

Great location. Great service. The staff were very helpful. The room was too warm therefore the need to sleep with the window open and couldn't sleep because of parties at bars outside. The room was somehow very dusty. But other than that it is a really great place.

A great hotel with professional and friendly staff. We parked close by 30€ per night. Very comfortable beds and high level of cleanliness. They upgraded us, had a bottle of wine left in our room and a complementary glass of wine on arrival which was lovely. We would highly recommend.

Loved the staff, very quiet.
Directions if you have a car are very difficult as we’re in the old city and you have to drive on a cobblestone path that says pedestrians only. But there’s an exception for this hotel. Kept feeling like I was going to get in trouble. Íker stayed on the phone with me until I arrived. Couldn’t ask for better service!!

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Amazing location, superb staff, one of the best breakfast selections (and quality) we have had anywhere, loved that it’s a la carte and made to order.
Room very comfortable with a great shower and nice amenities.
We will be back for sure!
