I loved the staff and the location. The building is beautiful and charming. Two big issues, I had no hot water and the pillow covers were not changed - The staff changed them immediately, and were very apologetic. Noise travels from inside the hotel, so if you have people who are loud and talking it's a bit annoying at 11pm. But the price was right, the location was good. ooooooo - the biggest thing - there is no heating in the hotel, so not only is the 24hr staff freezing, so you are you. I survived - probably wouldn't stay again, but it was fine. And, again - I loved the staff - very hard working and lovely people.

Excellent service

Room which was reserved as City view Has no windows at all! Receptionist said it is Expedia system fault. Director of this hotel is absent all day, they don’t want to return money paid on the reservation desk on arrival. Expedia tried to make another charge For us to be able to change the hotel. Hotel description is a fraud. They know they don’t offer city view , they charge and don’t want to refund money paid for touristic product which does not correspond to the description.

Pros: La zona es céntrica, el personal amable, el hotel bonito, incluyendo la habitación. Las vistas de la terraza son impresionantes. La habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado. Cons: Las almohadas y toallas son viejas. El desagüe de la regadera olía muy fuerte a drenaje. Hay 2 bares frente al hotel que tocan música a volumenes tan altos que aún con tapones se sentían las vibraciones toda la noche. Recomiendo evitar la habitación en terraza con balcón para estar lejos del ruido. Además porque son muchas escaleras para llegar a estás habitaciones en terraza.

Colonial decor, nice staff, and very helpful.

The room is old, has no windows and bo heat. They claim the room to be no smoking but it smells of smoke. They charged me 200 pesos because my four year old was sick (vomit) in the bed. Not impressed.

Requested double bed room and got a room with two twin beds put together. No working AC, stairs are the only access to rooms. Friendly staff, easy walk to city center.

Excelente place, very close to down town city and many other places to eat and shop!

The hotel is very centric, good location, the room was nice, confortable bed, hot in the day but no need to use the AC, the only think is if you like cold showers this is the right hotel, most of the time the water at the shower was cold, no very nice! But for the price we got what we paid!

Buena ubicación. Los blancos y almohadas podrían ser mejores. Lo ideal es pedir una de las 3 habitaciones con ventana a la calle.

Everything very good clean and the hospitality very friendly and staff very helpful

We arrived at this hotel and was very surprised at how nice the hotel is! Ruth was extremely nice and professional, and she took extra care to make sure my elderly mother in law was comfortable. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The room also included a continental breakfast. The woman serving breakfast was extremely nice and very helpful. In the evening we sat in the lobby and Marco, the evening staff was very kind and offered to help us with anything we needed. The hotel is located in a very central area, 5 to 10 minutes walking to the zocalo, cathedral and many other beautiful places. The hotel is half a block from the “Candy street”. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Puebla.

The parking is far, the valet takes up to 30 minutes to deliver your car

Por el precio es una gran, gran opción. Muy cerca del zócalo, habitaciones bonitas, agua caliente, blancos limpios, caja fuerte y ventilador. El personal muy atento, de verdad me voy con buen sabor de boca, sin duda volvería.

Las condiciones del baño despiden un fuerte olor a cañería y la regadera no tiene mantenimiento y el agua sale para todos lados

La habitación estaba deteriorada, se oía el ruido de la habitación contigua, el agua de la regadera no estaba suficientemente caliente, todo lo demás suficiente y lo esperando por el precio bajo

Era una habitación lo suficientemente grande, estaba cerca del centro y en una calle con suficiente gente. La atención fue buena y el servicio de café y pan fue conveniente.

El personal muy atento y amable, la limpieza del área de cocina no fue muy agradable están sucias las mesas y las repisas donde están los alimentos tienen mucho polvo
