The room was spacious. I got a place with a really great view, but unfortunately, I booked a non-smoking area but got a smoking room, so when I walked in, I still smelled of cigarettes. Otherwise, so far, so good.

Check-in was easy and fast, with friendly staff, clear information, and no deposit required. The room met expectations, was clean, and the bathroom was spotless with complete toiletries and a hairdryer. Coffee, tea, a kettle, mineral water, and a small refrigerator were provided. Deluxe rooms offer an east-facing pool view, offering a sunrise and Mount Lawu in the distance. Culinary options are nearby, including the legendary Soto Triwindu, Nasi Liwet Keprabon, Tahu Kupat, and Sate Tongseng Tengkleng, all within a 10-minute walk. Located near car-free days on Jl. Slamet Riyadi.

It was far from what I had imagined the previous time I stayed. The bathroom was dirty, with one toilet flushing function broken, the shower faucet leaking, and the non-shower faucet broken. The bathroom floor was dirty, the sink looked shabby, and the grout was dirty. And when I went to take a shower, I found a towel that was in disarray, not really suitable for guests.

The staff was friendly. Overall, it was good. Thanks also for the surprise.

The hotel was okay. Unfortunately, I booked two rooms and only got one meal, even though I paid a lot. 🥲

Room 1136 (or even the entire row) was incredibly hot, like being in a sauna or a car parked outside in the blazing sun. I don't recommend it. The same goes for room 338, where the card lock on the door was broken.

Luckily, I got hit in the bathroom because it was slippery while showering and my forehead got cut by the edge of the soap dispenser. At breakfast, I asked for medicine and bandages, and the staff was quick to respond.

The staff is friendly, we asked for help making a birthday cake, and they were very helpful. The room was very comfortable. The only suggestion is the bathroom, the cigarette smell is very strong. I'm not sure if there are smoking rooms on the 7th floor, but yesterday I asked for a non-smoking room because I had a child with me. However, the cigarette smell was quite strong.
