The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel also provides baby cots for guests with infants, making it a great convenience for families traveling with little ones. The environment is also very kid-friendly, comfortable for children and welcoming for families.

I visited every weekend and stayed in the hotel, so I've seen most of the rooms available. The bathroom is not maintained in a timely manner, but it was repaired upon request. Wi-Fi doesn't work properly and disconnects when the phone is set aside, requiring the password to be re-entered each time you use it. Complaints were made, but no action was taken. Considering this, the price is not reasonable compared to similar hotels in the town. Vegetarian breakfast is not served, but the price cannot be reduced if you do not take breakfast. So, I am moving to another hotel.

The price was high, but the room wasn't luxurious. It was a five-star hotel, but it only had a table and chairs. The electric kettle was in the cupboard, and when I wanted to use it, it had to be plugged into the floor. It wasn't worth it for the price. I really regret staying there.

I would like to sincerely commend Hotel Manager Mr. Tesa Anggriawan for his quick and caring response when my wife became unwell during our stay at Cambridge. Mr. Tesa acted immediately and made sure my wife was taken to the hospital for proper treatment. His professionalism, compassion, and fast action truly meant a lot to us.
