Felt a little uncomfortable during check-in. It seems there are first-class and second-class guests. Hopefully, the hotel will issue clear guidelines to the registration counter; every guest who arrives first must be served according to the concept of 'first come, first serve'. After all, we paid to stay in this hotel just like other guests.

There is a very strong smell of cigarettes in the bedroom. The bathroom is outdated, and the shower is non-functional. Additionally, there are visible stains on the bedsheets and curtains. The television does not work, and there were strange loud noises throughout the night that made it impossible to sleep.

Best..Pay a little to sleep in Room 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The TV was working at all during my 2 night a stay. The curtains were dirty and towels were worn out.

The condition of the room is dirty, the floor carpet is dull and looks dirty, as well as the condition of the bathroom. Just a suggestion: need to renovate the room again, the price does not match the condition of the room.

This happen for room 118. All plug cannot be use to charge our handphone except plug near the mini fridge. Only receive 1 towel and no spoon for stir coffee. When we request this items with reception no one deliver it. No remote TV and TV is broken not able to change the channel. The carpet all the dirties, got all old stains can't be remove.

The lobby was so nice, but the room hallways & the bathroom lamps bring us back to the early 20s old school vibe.

Check in quite late as I had donner first upon arrival. Given twin bed room as other room fully booked. 2 lamps not working. The staff came quickly to fix it and apologize. They settled everything within 30 minutes or less from the moment I called. Thank you for the quick fix. Room need a maintenance. Spotted cracked mirror. Broken hose hanger/ hook in toilet.

Bad customer service and no towel provided even the room looks so dirty also the toilet. Not recommended to stay.
