If you like to save time to find good food, this 5th element hotel is the best for chinatown area. Even though it's an old hotel, they maintain it so well that hot water, bed, and everything works properly and is clean.

5element used to be very clean. Now, the rooms are dusty, the carpets smell, and the mattresses smell bad. It looks like they've had a thin mattress topped off the old mattresses. Please note that the mattresses are no longer fit for use, and the carpets are extremely dirty.

The hotel is quite close to Pudu Raya Station, the hotel is quite clean, the check-in staff are friendly and communicative, the breakfast is quite good. The location is close to Petaling Street.

The room was a bit worn out, but the space and ample natural light completely make up for it! The hotel is located in the middle of Chinatown, though I could not hear the noise from the streets. The staff is wonderful—very friendly, helpful, and always smiling! This is the third hotel I tried in this area and fifth I tried in all of KL, and it's my favourite! I will definitely come again!
