I thought the hotel had a swimming pool like the Santika near my house in Jakarta, so I just clicked on it. I didn't get to taste the food because my son passed out in the restaurant because the entire hallway of the room we passed was stuffy from the smell of cigarettes after the New Year's party last night. A very unpleasant experience. Hopefully, they will pay more attention.

When I entered the room, there was a piece of french fries behind the door, only one toothbrush when housekeeping should have provided two. The breakfast menu was not very varied, the fruits were not very ripe. Lastly, the parking area! For motorbikes, it is more convenient to park in the hotel basement which is not far from the elevator because when I stayed last night, it was quite a long walk from the motorbike parking to the hotel lobby.

Good..clean..only there is disappointment from traveloka, why if you book a room on traveloka, the dinner promo is not given even though the hotel provides a free dinner promo for 1 person if you buy from my santika member, please traveloka follow the promo from my hotel, Mr. Ikbal

Thank God, I stayed 2 nights in room 719 and it was comfortable. My check-out was a bit late due to attending a PPA event, and thankfully the hotel was understanding. 👍🏼 Continue to be successful at Santika Hotel Makassar
