Elmi is one of the legendary hotels in Surabaya. Despite being around for decades, it remains a favorite. The cleanliness is very well-maintained. While the furniture may seem dated, it doesn't compromise the comfort of your stay. The air conditioning is cool, the mattress is soft, the bathroom has a bathtub and a great shower, the room amenities are not too shabby, and the price is very reasonable. Breakfast isn't very varied, but it's delicious. 👍
