The staff is very very kind, friendly, full of smile and helpful. The service is one of the best. Hotel is located between 2 big mall, GI and PI, Very clean, big room. Our stay was very satisfying. Also we felt very safe, because we came when there was a demonstration, but a lot of security guard standby every day n night. Thank you Hotel Indonesia Kempinski.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Kempinski in a Deluxe room on 17–18 August with our kids. The room was spacious enough for the three of us without needing an extra bed, and still felt very comfortable. The kids loved the cozy atmosphere, and everything was spotless. Staff were friendly and made the stay feel effortless, always ready to help. Breakfast had plenty of variety and suited both adults and kids. The location is super convenient, and overall the stay was smooth, relaxing, and family-friendly. We’d happily come back again!

Spent the Independence Day holiday staying here. It's located in the heart of Jakarta, with very friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast. It's close to Grand Indonesia if you want to shop. Perfect, love it 💃🏼
