Super convenient, located right above Lavender MRT station. Hotel was so crowded, elevator waiting time was crazy. Super grateful for the receptionist for allowing us an early check in (10am). Room was clean, wall & door so thin could hear noise from next door/corridor.

This hotel was very busy, but the receptionist was very responsive, so check-in and check-out were very quick.
There are also plenty of elevators, so wait times were relatively quick.
What I really liked was that it was located directly below the MRT station and a hawker food center.
Across from the building is another hawker food center, a fair price supermarket, and a coin laundry.
When I stayed there, the TV said there was a coin laundry on the 3rd floor, but when I checked in and asked the receptionist, they weren't there.

In terms of access and location, this is the champion, but the rooms are like old hotel rooms and not spacious.

The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by warm lighting, soft instrumental music, and a subtle scent of jasmine in the air. The interior felt modern yet cozy, with plenty of comfortable seating areas to relax in. The pool was sparkling clean and surrounded by tropical plants, giving it a little “private resort” vibe. Gym facilities were well-maintained, and the spa area was a quiet retreat after a long day.

The location is very accessible everywhere. The MRT is very close, and the bus stop is also close. There's plenty of halal food. However, the hotel pool is not child-friendly because it's very deep.

Good hotel is located very convenient to get wherever you want to go and visit. And everything you need is available right out the door. This might be one of the best locations to book your stay with a central position.

Three things make this hotel very convenient: first, the MRT access is directly next door, second, halal food is easily found nearby, and the toilet has a bidet shower in the room.
The room was quite comfortable and clean, although not very spacious. The bathroom was clean enough, had basic amenities, and there was a water filter for drinking water that drew water from the bathroom faucet.
The only negative was the damp smell from the room and bathroom, but it wasn't too bothersome for me.

Ms.Hui the receptionist is so kind and helpful. The room attendant look like not feeling grateful with the tips, bcz she just fold the duvet when she is making bed. but she clean well. I don't recommend to buy the food or breakfast, bcz it's tasteless and some are bad.better to buy outside of the hotel. There are many choices for breakfast.
