Very strategic because it is in the city center and very close to Lavender MRT station 👍 The female receptionist when we checked in was not very friendly (Mrs. A) but the male receptionist when we checked out was very polite. The room is standard for the price, grateful to get a toilet type with a bidet/jet shower.

We found long strands of hair inside the bedcover. Were the sheets and bedcover not replaced from the previous guest? The shower head can’t be placed on its holder; it needs to be held manually.

We understand how concerning it is to find a long strand of hair inside the bedcover, and we’re sorry that this led you to question whether the linens had been properly changed. Please be assured that our bed linens are replaced according to our housekeeping procedures. Nevertheless, finding hair on the bedding is unacceptable and indicates that our usual standards were not met. We will raise this with our housekeeping team for immediate attention and reinforce our inspection procedures. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the shower head holder. We understand that having to hold the shower head manually makes showering uncomfortable and inconvenient. We will have our maintenance team check the fitting and address the issue accordingly.
