Very convenient, just a few steps away from Lavender MRT exit. The hotel is also surrounded by food courts and dining places. Staffs are also friendly. Clean room, bathroom is also very nice with a bidet. I got an upgrade, thank you so much. Will definitely come back again for the next trip.

The staff quickly resolved the issue. I asked for help with the hot water in the sink, etc., and they quickly fixed it. They checked and it was done in minutes. The hotel has many good shops, such as BreadTalk for bread, McD for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Koufu for a budget-friendly experience, Luckin for coffee, and I Tea for milk tea. It's also close to the MRT, which is great. I want to stay there again next time.

The room was as requested, booked two adjacent rooms even though one was blocked by another. The toilet had a bidet, lucky me. The room was ready at 1 o'clock during check-in, and I could enter. The location is undeniable, super strategic, close to the MRT and bus transum. Grab is also available from the front lobby. And no less important, you can leave your luggage after check-out, so you can still walk around while waiting for your flight without the hassle of carrying it around.

Hotel advantages: strategic location, many food tenants even open until 1 am and 7-Eleven, FairPrice just in front of the hotel. The room is clean not stuffy, the AC can be adjusted and there is a bidet. In short, it is complete in my opinion who brought 2 toddlers and 2 adults in a triple room. As for the room size, I think it is standard, in SG the hotel is small. Well, the disadvantages in my opinion are not that big a problem but because this hotel is busy, when checking in there is usually a queue and sometimes the room is not ready when I check in at 4 am, but because I booked 2 rooms, it was no problem to check in to the one that was ready first.

The location is very convenient. Near food court, minimart, MRT station, bus stops. The shower drain was a little bit smelly, but it was bearable and the smell can be disguised by the smell of soap once we use the shower. All rooms were equipped with a bidet. Staff were helpful. Overall recommended, and we won't hesitate to stay here for the next visit too.
