The location is very convenient. Near food court, minimart, MRT station, bus stops. The shower drain was a little bit smelly, but it was bearable and the smell can be disguised by the smell of soap once we use the shower. All rooms were equipped with a bidet. Staff were helpful. Overall recommended, and we won't hesitate to stay here for the next visit too.

The location was top-notch! There is even a "Three Meals a Day" beside the building and it's within walking distance to CSHH. Perfect 👍🏼

My reservation was for a twin bed, but I was given one double bed.

The staff quickly resolved the issue. I asked for help with the hot water in the sink, etc., and they quickly fixed it. They checked and it was done in minutes. The hotel has many good shops, such as BreadTalk for bread, McD for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Koufu for a budget-friendly experience, Luckin for coffee, and I Tea for milk tea. It's also close to the MRT, which is great. I want to stay there again next time.

After receiving the voucher from the app, I immediately confirmed it by email with the hotel, and yes, they responded quickly. Getting to the hotel from Changi Airport was incredibly easy... just take the green line, get off at Lavender station. Look for exit B, and yup... there you are. It was that quick and easy. Especially with a suitcase and stroller... it was so easy. Check-in took less than 5 minutes, and the staff were informative and friendly. Our triple room had a great city view... right in front of the ICA. Hehe... at night, you can see the Singapore Flyer too. Below the hotel, and around it, there are tons of food and drink stalls... and what's even better... there's a FairPrice (supermarket), a 7-Eleven, and Cheers. Since I was bringing a 3-year-old, there were plenty of food options for her to eat. Transportation was easy... if you wanted to take the MRT, just go downstairs. If you wanted to take the bus, there were three bus stops near the hotel. In fact, during our six-night stay, we didn't take a taxi once because public transportation was that easy. The room was always cleaned for 6 nights. The important thing is to remember to press the "clean room" button near the door before leaving the room for the day. We guarantee you won't have to go back and forth to the hotel to rest with small children... because transportation is easy. The check-out process is self-checkout and very easy. The room was as requested, booked two adjacent rooms even though one was blocked by another. The toilet had a bidet, lucky me. The room was ready at 1 o'clock during check-in, and I could enter. The location is undeniable, super strategic, close to the MRT and bus transum. Grab is also available from the front lobby. And no less important, you can leave your luggage after check-out, so you can still walk around while waiting for your flight without the hassle of carrying it around.

One of Indonesia's favorite hotels, because it's so close. There's a bus stop next to the hotel, and Lavender MRT Station is just below. There's plenty of food downstairs and around the area. And there's a bidet, also known as a jet washer. I'll definitely stay here again next time I go to Singapore.

This hotel is truly in a great location. Finding affordable breakfast, lunch, and dinner is very close by. It's just a short walk to the MRT. It's simply the best.
