Check-in took a long time, even though the receptionist was quiet.

Everyone was friendly, including the security guard. It was great.

The pool couldn't be used because it had just been medicated, even though it was Saturday night. Why couldn't the medication be administered on a weekday? The hair dryer wouldn't work; it would just die if you pressed the button. You had to wait another minute before it could be turned back on, even though it wasn't even hot at all.

I've stayed at HW Hotel in May 2026. It was a better, modern room on the opposite side. Now, in room 204, the room seems smaller and the bathroom looks dilapidated. The towel is not white. Breakfast is very good. Staff are friendly.

I booked a panoramic suite room, which is non-smoking. The room was large and spacious. It was quite clean, but the bathroom was very small (only about 1 x 0.5 m). The toilet bidet leaked, making the toilet area constantly wet. Oh yes, there are only two rooms of this type: one smoking room with a bathtub, and the non-smoking room without a bathtub. The non-smoking room is on the 7th floor, and the elevator only goes to 6, so you have to climb one more flight of stairs. The breakfast was mediocre and lacked any interesting variety. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again.
