Our first experience staying at Pullman CP was greeted with an odd experience from the baggage checker. There was no male staff member to lift our suitcases onto the check-in machine. Even when they were finished, our small suitcase couldn't be lifted, so my husband helped us.
At the front desk, we were greeted in a friendly and polite manner by Ms. Wulan, who kindly helped us store our suitcases since we were going to J. Aquarium for a walk and we didn't check in until around 5:30 p.m.
Our room (641) was quite spacious, but it severely limited the privacy of family guests because there was no door separating the bed from the bathroom and sink area. This made it difficult to change clothes after showering or to change clothes before leaving the hotel.
My 11-year-old son complained that there was no door to change clothes at the sink or in the bathroom (there were no clothes hangers). I immediately reported this to Mr. Jaka, the maintenance man who checked the room's AC, as it wasn't cooling. I also mentioned this to Mr. Lalan when I checked out.
The food and rooms are delicious.
The swimming pool is beautiful and spacious.
That's my family and I's experience of staying here.
