The staff was very nice and friendly. There was a lot of dust and peeling paint residue in the corners of the carpet. When the upstairs room was taking a shower or using the water, the sound of running water pipes entered my room. The hotel breakfast was quite good, but some of the rice cakes were hard, the steamed buns were also hard, and the bowls often ran out and were never refilled. So it was a waste to have a soup counter, but there were no bowls available. I often waited, but after an hour, the bowls were still not there.

Our first experience staying at Pullman CP was greeted with an odd experience from the baggage checker. There was no male staff member to lift our suitcases onto the check-in machine. Even when they were finished, our small suitcase couldn't be lifted, so my husband helped us. At the front desk, we were greeted in a friendly and polite manner by Ms. Wulan, who kindly helped us store our suitcases since we were going to J. Aquarium for a walk and we didn't check in until around 5:30 p.m. Our room (641) was quite spacious, but it severely limited the privacy of family guests because there was no door separating the bed from the bathroom and sink area. This made it difficult to change clothes after showering or to change clothes before leaving the hotel. My 11-year-old son complained that there was no door to change clothes at the sink or in the bathroom (there were no clothes hangers). I immediately reported this to Mr. Jaka, the maintenance man who checked the room's AC, as it wasn't cooling. I also mentioned this to Mr. Lalan when I checked out. The food and rooms are delicious. The swimming pool is beautiful and spacious. That's my family and I's experience of staying here.

The check-in staff were incredibly helpful, and the whole process was seamless. I loved the contemporary style of the lobby and corridors! The room was super spacious with a trendy, modern design—plus, whether you’re looking at the pool or the city skyline, the views are absolutely stunning. Breakfast offered a huge variety of delicious options, and the entire team was consistently friendly and accommodating. I completely fell in love with the Zen Mini Garden! A massive plus is the hotel's proximity to Central Park Mall, which has an endless selection of restaurants and snacks. It was so nice to grab dinner there and bring it back to the room to enjoy while taking in the beautiful Jakarta city lights. On a final note, they employ staff with disabilities. I have so much respect for this initiative!
