The hotel is nice and comfortable. However, the AC in the room leaked. The service was fast, the food was okay, but there was no milk on the menu :) even though they could make coffee. But that's okay, this is just a suggestion. The towels are thin, they look like they need replacing, but they are still okay.

A hotel in the city center, easy access everywhere, and very comfortable. The room was clean, the AC was great, very cold. The staff was friendly. I got a room upgrade yesterday. This is definitely on my list of highly recommended hotels. Thank you.

The hotel was nice and clean, but when I stayed on the 3rd floor, I heard rats in the attic. It was quite scary. Hopefully, this can be fixed in the future. Thank you.

The hotel is close to the city, so there's not too much traffic noise. It's easy to get everywhere. The food is okay, and the food is delicious. However, the bathroom amenities are lacking. We booked a family room for 4 people, and only received one small soap and one shampoo. There were no towels in the bathroom, so we had to call the front desk first. But they responded quickly. The security guard was very friendly. Thank you.

I really like this hotel; this is my second stay here. What really pleased me was that we were upgraded to a Family Room, and it was super spacious, comfortable, and clean. The service was also excellent. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of food, so I was very satisfied. This hotel is highly recommended for those of you planning a vacation in Yogyakarta. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you for the service.
