The hotel is close to the city, so there's not too much traffic noise. It's easy to get everywhere. The food is okay, and the food is delicious. However, the bathroom amenities are lacking. We booked a family room for 4 people, and only received one small soap and one shampoo. There were no towels in the bathroom, so we had to call the front desk first. But they responded quickly. The security guard was very friendly. Thank you.

Check-in time was very disappointing. There was no flexibility, even with just two minutes to spare, requiring 2:00 PM. This is an out-of-town hotel, so there should be some tolerance, as guests will have had a long journey and want to rest quickly. The check-in time was disappointing, and the facilities were also lacking. I wouldn't recommend staying again, especially if you're bringing a family with children.
