In terms of location, this hotel is comfortable, not too close to the crowds, and the surrounding area is beautiful with lots of trees. Furthermore, the service is excellent. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the security guard, and the receptionist was also friendly and detailed in their explanations. The staff were also very friendly, always smiling, both in the lounge and the restaurant. I received excellent service throughout my stay.

I stayed here for two days. The room was very comfortable. There are several coffee shops around the hotel, and it's close to Gadjah Mada University (UGM). My suggestion is that the breakfast needs to be improved. The food was the same for two days. Otherwise, it was good. I'll stay here again with my family next time.

It was a long weekend in Jogja again. You know hotel prices in Jogja are sky-high. I checked the reservation through the app and got a price of around 720. When I checked in, the room was upgraded to a family room. It's very spacious, can accommodate 4 people. The staff is so friendly, like my own neighbors. Next time I want to come here again, I plan to go on assignment to Jogja from May 18th to 22nd. Hopefully I can get a more friendly price. Love you Traveloka and Sagan Heritage.

First time staying here and overall it was ok, from the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the calm atmosphere even though the outside was being renovated, it wasn't disturbing inside the hotel.

The staff are friendly.... The hotel is comfortable to get in and out of... The room is comfortable for sleeping at night because the lights are dim but on the other hand it is very dark... The bed is quite hard... The TV broadcast is still old school.. Overall it is comfortable but...

The room was hot. The AC wasn't cold at all, it was even colder outside. My son, who was staying, didn't dare to protest. He complained once and was told it would be fixed, but it was still hot. He couldn't sleep because it was so hot. I REGRET IT. If I had known I'd looked for another hotel. I stayed there for 3 days before the UTBK (Competitive Test) because it was close to UGM, so I could study comfortably, but he failed. On the day of the exam, he was weak because he couldn't sleep.

We are deeply sorry that this issue disrupted your stay, particularly the insufficient cooling of the air conditioning, causing discomfort during your rest, especially during the crucial period leading up to the Utbhok Seppit (UTBK) ceremony. We understand how important comfort is in such circumstances. For your information, our engineering team has been notified and has investigated, finding that the settings on the air conditioning remote were incorrect. We have repaired the system to ensure proper operation. However, we did not receive further information during your stay regarding whether the situation was still not as expected, and therefore we did not have the opportunity to follow up directly. We are always ready to assist you throughout your stay at the hotel, and our team is always prepared to provide the best possible advice, including rechecking or arranging alternative solutions such as room changes. Based on your feedback, we hope to improve our services to better meet the expectations of all our guests during their stays.
