The SOP is too rigid, perhaps not following national hotel SOPs. Upgraded rooms require starting over, checking out at 12pm and then checking in at 2pm. Why do guests have to check out in the lobby? Why not wait in their original room until the upgraded room is ready and then check out? That way, they don't have to tire themselves out carrying luggage. Perhaps the SOP could be made national.

The hotel staff is super friendly, the breakfast is delicious, and there's a playground for small children, so they're safe. The TV isn't a smart TV yet, and the channels are limited. That's all I can suggest: I hope the TV can be upgraded.

The hotel is nice and comfortable. However, the AC in the room leaked. The service was fast, the food was okay, but there was no milk on the menu :) even though they could make coffee. But that's okay, this is just a suggestion. The towels are thin, they look like they need replacing, but they are still okay.
