The service was friendly and the staff were courteous. Our luggage was carried upstairs on a trolley. If you book a deluxe twin, the bottom mattress can be pulled out and another mattress is provided, allowing for four people to stay overnight. The downside is that you have to add your own pillows. When we went down to pray, the staff greeted us warmly. The prayer room was also clean. I'll stay here again next time.

It was a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the facilities were excellent, and the service was excellent. The room was clean, and the bathroom smelled great. If I ever visit Yogyakarta again, I'll definitely stay here again.

I ordered a twin bed and was given a queen bed. The hotel was undergoing renovations, so there was a lot of dust outside. The staff was friendly, but it was very difficult to contact reception or room service. Every time I called, they didn't answer. When I did, I was told there were no incoming calls at all. Many items in the hotel were in disrepair, such as damaged towels, cracked glasses, etc. Breakfast at 9:00 a.m. was cold, there wasn't much variety, and the cutlery wasn't very clean.

It's far from Malioboro Street, so walking isn't recommended. Book a cheap online motorcycle taxi. The return journey from Malioboro is even further because of the detour. I was considering changing hotels, but luckily the receptionists were very friendly, especially the gentleman. I forgot his name, but he was very friendly. I asked him many questions, and he answered them politely and kindly. Very helpful.

Staying at the Sagan Heritage Hotel was one of the best experiences during my vacation in Yogyakarta. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and had a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The most impressive aspect was the friendliness of the staff. Special thanks to Christine and Nadila, who were extremely helpful, friendly, and always provided service with a smile. They made the stay even more warm and enjoyable. The strategic location, adequate facilities, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable hotel for a vacation in Yogyakarta.
