The location is close to the main road, comfortable, and quiet. All the staff are friendly. The food is delicious. The standard room is quite small, the pillows look worn, and the mattress needs refurbishing. The foam is thin and the springs are very noticeable, making for an uncomfortable sleep and body aches.

The hot water in the bathroom often takes too long to heat up, and it often doesn't work. Please add camphor or some air freshener to prevent it from getting stale.

Overall, it was good. However, at the end of our stay, while having breakfast in the gazebo, someone was playing karaoke at a very loud volume, making us uncomfortable while we were eating. By the way, the hot water in the bathroom often wouldn't work. Oh, and please freshen up the bathroom, at least with some camphor.

The room was cramped and the lights were dim. There were no towels in the bathroom; you had to ask for them. There were no toothbrushes, soap, or shampoo. There was only tissue in the toilet, and there was very little. The staff was kind and friendly. The bathroom smelled bad, and the room didn't smell good either. However, the hotel's ambiance was nice, and there was a swimming pool.

One of the best budget hotels, the rooms are clean and well-equipped with complete amenities. There's a thermos for hot water, and tea and coffee are provided as a welcome drink. The building isn't luxurious, but it's well-maintained. I'll stay here again next time, and the pool is quite spacious.

The staff was friendly. Before booking, call to check if there's a room available. The hotel turned out to be comfortable, clean, and strategically located, close to a convenience store. It'll be on your list of hotels to stay in if you ever plan to visit Puncak.
