The hotel staff was very friendly, the service was satisfactory, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the place was clean. Easy access and close to restaurants and the highway, so it was close to everything. Most impressively, I rushed to check out and left something behind, but the staff patiently and kindly delivered it to my address. Oh my gosh, thank you so much.

The best, the quality of the hotel staff. Come here by motorbike to avoid getting stuck in traffic. The hotel staff from the parking lot to the cleaning staff are friendly… kind… polite. Keep it up👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Welcome drinks are also provided, which taste good👏🏻👏🏻, great. The superior type pool front room, provided with a table & chairs to relax in front of the pool view room. Actually, since I'm not married yet, this hotel is a comfortable place to staycation because of its atmosphere, maybe if it looks ordinary from the outside, but if you see it inside, you can judge for yourself later. Hehehe. There are also many tourist attractions nearby, so you don't need to be confused about where to go when you're in Puncak. The staff are all friendly, the food is also okay. It's been a long time since I came here again, it turns out that it's getting more crowded and the service is getting better. Keep it up, God willing, if you go to Puncak again, the choice to stay at the Gerbera Hotel will always be number one. 🥰✨️

Thank God, I had a memorable stay at the Gerbera Hotel. The pool is large, the food is delicious, and the service is friendly. The only thing that needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the room, especially the mineral water bottle, dust, tissues, and ants under the bed. Overall, everything was good. Thank you for everything.

The staff was very friendly. They even carried my suitcase, which was excellent service for the price. The breakfast, however, wasn't very varied. I stayed there for two days and it was always fried rice every morning, but it was delicious.

It's comfortable, but you should pay attention to the shower, there are several blocked holes, so when you use it for a shower, it hurts a bit when it hits your body, otherwise overall it's comfortable.

I've stayed here many times, everything is ok, the only downside is that they don't provide tissues in the room so you have to provide your own, but there are some in the bathroom... and yesterday I stayed on New Year's, maybe the guy forgot to put a bathroom mat so you have to ask for it 🙂 The breakfast is standard fried rice + chicken + egg hehee, no cakes like before... I often choose this hotel because there are lots of snacks around so it's impossible to be hungry at night hehe
