Overall, it was good. However, at the end of our stay, while having breakfast in the gazebo, someone was playing karaoke at a very loud volume, making us uncomfortable while we were eating. By the way, the hot water in the bathroom often wouldn't work. Oh, and please freshen up the bathroom, at least with some camphor.

The room was cramped and the lights were dim. There were no towels in the bathroom; you had to ask for them. There were no toothbrushes, soap, or shampoo. There was only tissue in the toilet, and there was very little. The staff was kind and friendly. The bathroom smelled bad, and the room didn't smell good either. However, the hotel's ambiance was nice, and there was a swimming pool.

Thank God, I had a memorable stay at the Gerbera Hotel. The pool is large, the food is delicious, and the service is friendly. The only thing that needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the room, especially the mineral water bottle, dust, tissues, and ants under the bed. Overall, everything was good.
