The atmosphere is comfortable, the views are beautiful, and there was a water issue in the bathroom, but the staff was very responsive and quickly resolved it. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety.

This is my second time here and trying out a tent by the river. I didn't have many expectations because I thought it was more than enough for a hassle-free camping trip, but it turned out to be fully equipped. The shared bathroom is also quite good, but it would be nice if it wasn't so clogged👌🏻 Breakfast is okay and the environment is quite cool. Go ahead, don't hesitate to come here!

A comfortable resort hotel. It's just too pricey, the villa is clean, the private pool is cool, the breakfast is quite good, there are lots of flies, the menu has lots of choices, the staff is friendly and responsive. The mini zoo facility is quite good, you can feed the animals, but the wait for the shuttle is long. Check-in and check-out times are not flexible. Even though I checked in at 9:00 PM, there was no check-out dispensation, I booked a Hummer type, the rate is 6 million. There were no welcome drinks or snacks either... The service is better at the neighbors, though... Awesome

From my first child, who was 3, to my second, JSI was always my go-to place for healing, a place not far from Jakarta with complete facilities. Even a staycation at this hotel offers activities for kids, including a playground, swimming pool, mini zoo, field, and even an outdoor playground. It's truly one with nature. The food at the restaurant is plentiful, delicious, and varied. The staff is friendly and the air is cool. It's all about having fun here.

I stayed at the Grand Gladiator 3B, checked in around 6:30 PM, after being stuck in traffic for 4 hours on the road, arrived in the room hoping for a comfortable rest, when we were about to take a shower the water was completely cut off. After numerous complaints, it was finally resolved, even the TV wouldn't work, I complained until a technician came, they said to wait until it was reset, but it still didn't work until morning. I ordered room service for fish and chips, the potatoes were undercooked, the squid was cold, it didn't seem fresh. The breakfast menu was less tasty, and most of the food was cold so it felt lacking. Even though I like the hotel environment, it's cool and natural with the sound of the river nearby. Please improve it again.

Highly recommended for family vacations. 1. Many room options to suit your budget and needs. 2. The hotel location is also easy and clear. 3. Ample parking. 4. Friendly and polite service. 5. There are events at certain times such as Jeep shows. 6. Many breakfast menu variations. 7. There is a pool table for the public. 8. The lobby is fragrant and access to the rooms is also clear. 9. There is a 24-hour standby shuttle for access to rooms far from the lobby upon request. 10. The price is relative and in accordance with the service. 11. There is a playground, jeep show, flying fox and many other additional facilities. Overall, it is solid and recommended.
