The best hotel. Yesterday, I had a room near the mini zoo and complained about an unpleasant odor, but I ended up getting an upgrade to a room one level better. JSI is truly the best ❤

One of the best and most comprehensive resorts in terms of amenities. Very friendly and helpful service in every area. Thank you for the welcome note. The rooms are clean, fragrant, and the breakfast is very varied. A suggestion might be to expand the swimming pool. Suitable for couples or families with many room options for a staycation. Very good place JSI

Overall, it's good and convenient. However, the shuttle service really needs to be increased. Since the hotel is large and has many rooms, there's definitely not enough shuttle buses with only 1-2. And there's no way to call one directly. You have to tell the staff, if you can even find them.

The accommodation is very kid-friendly, with plenty of activities for children, including an outdoor playground, mini zoo, swimming pool, and an indoor playground within the restaurant. A comfortable hotel in Puncak, as the route from Jakarta tends to be less congested (it's not on the main route). However, it's less suitable for those planning to explore other Puncak attractions, as the route up is narrow and involves many steep climbs.

The hotel staff was friendly, and the room was reasonably priced. The downside was that the bathroom water was cloudy after rain. The pool water filter system needs to be improved, as my child's swimsuit was pulled/sucked into the pipe. While trying to remove the swimsuit from the pipe, my child's finger was sucked into the pipe, and my husband's back was also sucked into the uncapped end of the water filter pipe placed in the pool, causing bruises. After I reported this to the hotel, they responded positively. Hopefully, it will be improved to make it safer for visitors, especially small children. And hopefully, the animals can be better cared for.
