Very strategic location, close to MRT & several tourist attractions

This hotel is very close to Bencoolen MRT, if you want to pick up and drop off, you can do it in front of the Somerset bus stop, next to it is a mosque, there is a Padang restaurant, opposite the campus, during the day it is quite crowded with students, and opposite there is a 24-hour 711 so you won't be hungry, I just booked a room so if you want breakfast, just buy it at 711, everything is delicious. There is a robot cleaning the floor, the pool is also nice, there is laundry, room service usually cleans the room at 3 pm, every day they ask if you want it cleaned, but if you are away, it is better to just give a sign to clean it, because they will clean it at 3 pm. Everything is fast, check in check out, the staff are agile.

Very convenient, near to MRT & bus stop

I have stayed at this hotel twice. In terms of location, I think it is very strategic, as it is close to an MRT station and a bus stop. There is also a minimarket and a mosque next to the hotel. Bugis and Orchard areas are also within walking distance. The only issue, in my opinion, is the room size. I booked a Superior Double room, and I found it too small for two adults and a child. It was a bit difficult to move around inside the room. But overall, this hotel is recommended, and if I go to Singapore again, I would stay here again—just in a bigger room.

As usual, staying at Mi Hotel Bencoolen was amazing. This was our second stay here, and it remains our favorite. While the main reason we initially chose this hotel was the bidet, we returned because of the fantastic overall experience. The location is top-notch and incredibly accessible. From Changi Airport, it is only one MRT transfer away, and the Bencoolen station exit is just a short walk from the hotel doors. Getting around is just as easy; it's close to the Downtown and Circle MRT lines, and only a few steps away from multiple bus stops that can take you anywhere in Singapore with ease. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and offered enough space. This time, we tried the balcony room, which had a lovely view—perfect for hanging out at night (it’s nice during the day, too, but the Singapore weather is quite hot!). A major highlight remains the bidet, which many hotels in Singapore do not provide. Lastly, the hotel staff were very kind and helpful, as always; they even let us check in early. Overall, it was another great experience at Mi Hotel Bencoolen, and we won’t be looking for any other hotel for our next visit!

Strategic hotel, enough room for small family, and clean hotel environment.

My 4-day, 3-night stay here (March 18-21) was very satisfying. The location is excellent, just steps from Bencoolen and Bras Basah MRT stations. The rooms are compact, typical of Singapore hotels, but they are very clean, modern, and functional. The staff is friendly and check-in is fast. Highly recommended for those looking for easy transportation access!

Nice location, 1-minute walk to MRT station, and you can also even walk to some popular places such as Fort Canning Park and the National Museum. The area is quiet and within walking distance to some good restaurants and shops. I don't think we can have anything better than this hotel. Next time, I'll definitely return to this place since the room ambience is quite good for me.

The hotel is close to everywhere, so it's really fun.

The hotel is good for those with a balcony. However, when we stayed, we got a room with a TV that was a bit problematic. Especially if you wanted to access YouTube, you had to log in with your own email address—a big no. I should have used the hotel's user ID. When I first entered the toilet, there was still urine on the seat; I don't know how they cleaned it.

The location is very close to the MRT downtown line. There are many restaurants nearby.

The hotel service was excellent and fast. The hotel is right in front of the Mi Bencoolen MRT station and the bus stop, making it a great location. I was traveling with a baby, and the hotel staff (Mr. Firdaus) moved us to a larger room.

The hotel has a strategic location, just hundreds meter from the MRT Bencoolen station & also the bus station. I like the design and ambience of the hotel. The staff was very kind & helpful. I forgot to check out at 11 AM, and the staff helped me renew the key, so I can take the baggage. The room is compact, but having nice design & is clean. It inspires me to renovate my own. I booked two triple rooms for 8 people and magically it's enough. There are seven eleven store near the hotel, which I need to visit sometime to buy groceries & food ready to eat (noodles, rice, chicken, pastas, etc.).
